Located in the Park Station Condos, you'll be just a short walk away from Main Street's best shopping, dining, and the famous Town Lift for Park City Mountain Resort. Distance is about a block and a half to Main Street and Town Lift (2-3 minutes away!)

Modern and Chic: Inside the condo, you'll find a modern and chic space with a cozy, resort-like vibe. The owner recently updated the finishes, making it the perfect place to unwind.
Comfortable Bedrooms: The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The guest room includes a twin and full-sized bed, a TV, and a guest bathroom just off the hallway.
Relaxing Living Area: In the living room, you will find a cozy American Leather Sofa that converts into a Queen Sofa Sleeper for those who need some extra space, a comfortable sitting area with a fireplace and big screen TV, a desk with a monitor, an office chair for remote working, and access to the outdoor balcony with Mountain views.
Modern Kitchen: The Kitchen features lovely modern stainless steel appliances, a stainless steel multi-compartment sink, a kitchen island/breakfast bar with seating for up to three, and a dining table with seating for up to 6 people with the option to add in another section to increase the seating space for up to 8 at the dining table.
Year-Round Amenities: Take advantage of easy access to the nearby Free Park City Bus System, providing transportation to all major resorts and Kimball Junction. Relax after a long day on the mountain in one of our two year-round hot tubs. For ultimate relaxation, enjoy the community sauna. Enjoy year-round comfort with Central Heating and Cooling!
