Waterside Apt wBalcony, Pool by Sea/Airport/Casino

We are happy to note that a VIDEO of the unit was/is posted right on our PROPERTY DESCRIPTION listing for guests and the whole world to see before they book. So NO TIME OR NEED to be ‘misleading’. What you see is what you get, and we PRIDE ourselves on having SAFE rentals. Also, not sure WHAT the guests expected when they state “The roof access is actually outside of the room (with a clothes hanging on a clothes line).”, when we were/are explicit in our Property Description that the unit is a 3RD FLOOR Sea View Suite and the ROOF TERRACE is on the 4TH FLOOR. Also, for the guests to have an issue of "a" i.e. “a clothes hanging on a clothes line”, when the Roof has over ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED (1,700+ SQ FT) SQUARE FEET OF RECREATIONAL SPACE to use is mind-boggling. As it regards “No access to dock.”, please note our dock IS ALWAYS OPEN, however, these 2 women stayed in their a/c unit THE ENTIRE STAY with the one time they left and, as is POLICY, the Front Desk went to turn off the a/c, lights, and fan that they left on. This is EVEN THOUGH we EXPLICITLY STATE IN OUR PROPERTY DESCRIPTION under “HOUSE RULES: 2. Please assist in keeping the nightly rates low by turning off the air conditioner, lights, and fan when leaving the property or when not in use.” And we EXPLICITLY STATE UNDER THE ‘RULES AND POLICIES’ of our listing: Rule 1 “ENERGY CONSERVATION POLICY- Kindly TURN OFF ALL Lights, Fan, A/C, Water when not in use and when leaving the apt. This will avoid us turning them off.” Please note that this Policy/House Rule is posted on our listing for all potential guests to read and note PRIOR TO BOOKING. Our Housekeeper also informed the 2 ladies of this, upon checking them in, and a VERY PROMINENT NOTICE is located right at the room door for guests to see before leaving the room. The Manager, whom they were in constant contact with, also informed them of this.
