Just 0.4 mile/9 MINUTE WALK from a RESTAURANT, Bar & Casino, 0.7 mile from a Convenience Store, and 5 miles from the Airport and downtown Belize City, it has a queen bed, closet, tv, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, dining set, tableware, fan, purified water, tub, safety deposit box & WiFi. You must have a car at this location. It’s is remote. There is some pizza delivery but inconsistent. Room was nice and clean . Cleaning does great job.

Out in the Boonies

Facility is okay at best, needs general upkeep to be completed. Painting would be helpful, garbage pickup around the property is needed. The pool is nice but the deck fencing around the pool needs to be repaired as part of it is down. You need a car to get anywhere. We like to walk but we really couldn’t because it is located off of a highway with no safe place for anyone to walk. The picture of the place is deceiving , it doesn’t really show the actual building your staying in, it shows a small little cabin that is on the other side of a fence. The staff were absolutely lovely !

Fantastic

This property was incredible! It checked off all of our boxes, and even the boxes we didn't anticipate. I would definitely recommend this property to others, and I would stay there again next time I'm in the area.

Breathtaking Views

We enjoyed our stay here overall. The balcony overlooked a beautiful view, the laundry facilities was clean and well kept. The space we stayed in was spacious, clean, and master bedroom was very comfortable. The young man who was there to great us was professional and welcoming. He immediately brought us water and extra towels. Our only feedback would be that there is an easier way to communicate with the host or manager. There is not a number listed there and the contact goes to Canada stays instead of the location. There is not a lot of options of places to eat so be prepared to use the kitchen in the room, and bring your own groceries. It may have been easier to stay there if you have a rental car instead of relying on taxis, or the host. The upstairs deck, the hammock could be replaced and there isn't gym. Overall we were really pleased with our stay. We would recommend our friends to stay there.

this will be our starting and finishing spot to stay when visiting belize in the future

After traveling theough Belize awhile we were pleasantly surprised at the great amenities, beautiful view here and its secure and safe. The hot water with good pressure and working A/c's were much appreciated. this will be our starting and finishing spot to stay when visiting belize in the future.

Zenaida and Raymond have the best AirBnB in the Belize City area

Zenaida and Raymond have the best AirBnB in the Belize City area. We stayed there a few days while visiting San Pedro- so we could be more accessible to land excursions. If you are looking for peace and quiet close to zip lining, ruins, water caves- stay here! Bayview Oasis down the street serves great local food and drinks at a reasonable price! Raymond was so accomodating with transportation and available with moments notice. Would stay there again!

You would love this place with amazing rooftop views of the Caribbean Sea! I can't say enough about Raymond-- he is a courteous, punctual professional taxi driver who is very knowledgeable of the area and willingly helps in anyway he can, always with a smile. he is a pleasure to spend time with!

Recommend to anyone traveling to Belize!

Excellent location just north of the city- very roomy, clean, and quiet. Beautiful view from the roof of the Caribbean and the Belize River. Huge kitchen. Zenaida responds almost instantaneously to anything you ask and if there's any problem, it's quickly resolved. We took tours of the Mayan with Raymond, ruins which was customized for us, and it was incredible. As was the Belize Zoo and Howler Monkey sanctuary. Ask about the tours! Recommend to anyone traveling to Belize!

This place is AMAZING!

This place is AMAZING! It’s just outside of town which is PERFECT! Tony is truly AMAZING! He takes care of everything you may need. There’s a really cool rooftop with a beautiful view. A private floating dock to relax and chill on. The beds were super comfy and everything was really clean inside the place. I would highly recommend staying here.
