The backyard is AMAZING wow! We stayed in the back yard most of the time just a beautiful view and a wonderful space it even has artificial turf keeping it nice and clean. The host was very responsive and proactively communicated with me at various points throughout the stay.That said, the hot tub was 75 degrees when we arrived and had no chlorine in it, I was able to purchase chlorine and turn on the tub so that half way through the stay we could use it (the hot tub does work). The living room and bathrooms had live spiders in the corners that would catch flies daily. The almost all the pool queues were broken and the pool table felt had a rip in it. The ping pong table was stored outside and was basically unusable because it had water damage and swolen spots all over it. The unit was pet friendly and did not smell like any animals, however the inside smelled of marajuana that didn't go away throughout the stay.Nothing inside the house or amenities were really a concern or problematic, just trying to provide details about my experience.We are from out of town and the neighborhood was rougher than expected given how nice the house is. The neighbors were nice and we had 0 issues while we were there, it was just not something my family was expecting.
