Beautiful heated pool home with office in Florida

This cozy house makes for a great vacation retreat for the whole family or a home away from home for longer periods of time. It's the perfect place for relaxation and enjoying the Florida sun by the pool (which is heated during winter) spend your evenings in our screened in patio and watch rocket launches. There is a fully functional office, equipped with an extra computer screen to attach to your laptop, fast WiFi, and a laserjet printer. The house is located 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport, 20 minutes from the beach, and 5/10 from several great restaurants.
It is has everything you need to be comfortable and feel at home, if only for week, or a few months for work, or just to get away from winter.

I love this house! This was our second stay here. It is spacious and welcoming. The back porch and the pool are wonderful. It is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. I hope we will have an opportunity to stay again int he future.

Great location close to 95 and 15 minutes to most all of Titusville. Just as described, clean with bonus heated pool!

This is a great property. The amenities were fantastic. The house was so clean, you can tell the hosts care about the house and their guests. We definitely would stay here again.

Relaxing Vacation

This is our second time staying here and as before, it was amazing. Very clean, comfortable and the owner has stocked it with just about anything you would need. Of course the pool and hot tub were great and the screened in patio is nice for morning coffee and breakfast. We had a very minor maintenance thing and the owner had it fixed within an hour. We hope to stay here more times in the future.

Gathering of Family

This VRBO location was minutes from my brother's home. My 2 susters, my husband, and a friend stayed 3 nights.We were able to have my brother and his wife over for dinner one evening and they were impressed with the decor and layout of the home.

Everything you need

Super impressed. The home was super clean, furniture (inside and out) was comfortable. We love to bake and cook, the kitchen was well stocked with pans, a wok, spring form, and utensils. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly.We come to Titusville twice a year and will definitely make this our typical spot due to its location and comfort.

Awesome home

The house is beautiful, and located in a nice neighborhood. Pool is fun. Mosted well stocked home we have ever stayed in. We would definitely stay here again. Roger and Amanda are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Totally enjoyed our time in this very nice home.

Nice private pool

Other than the neighbors big dog barking when we were watering the flower pots on tge fence line, very pleasant and private. Just what we were looking for. House well stocked with anything you'd need . Will stay again sometime!

Great Place

House wash great! Roomy with private pool. Quiet neighborhood. Loved that the property had security cameras. Property owner responded with any question before and during very fast. Look forward to staying again when in the area.

Clean, quiet, perfect

I stayed in this wonderful home for a month while relocating from Washington. The home was clean, quiet, and perfect. The pool and hot tub were a fun additional and the mattress in the primary room was wonderful. The only strange thing was that the open shower concept in the primary, but I got used to it. I will recommend this home to my family/friends who visit from Washington.

Cleanliness

The house was very nice and the pool was awesome! The only real disappointment was the cleanliness of the house. But other than that it was a very nice property.

Amazing Oasis

We stayed at this property for 10 days just after Milton roared across the state. Rogier was very responsive when we sent questions and concerns about the condition of the place and assured us it would be fine. And it was exactly as he described and better then the VRBO listing. The place was perfect. We usually go to the national seashore but it was closed so we just enjoyed the beautiful backyard, pool and hot tub each day. It was just so relaxing and the place had everything we needed. We hope to book again soon.

Kennedy Space Center Vacation

We stayed for 3 nights while visiting the Kennedy Space Center. This house is great for families. We enjoyed the heated pool with our kids. We visited the KSC two days and one day we drove to Cocoa Beach, which was not far. The house is very well equipped with everything you need to feel at home. We also liked the proximity of Publix. There’s also a Walmart close by. The only thing that wasn’t great was the cleaning crew didn’t do a good job of passing the broom and mopping the floors. So I did it when we first arrived. But other than that, everything was great and I would recommend this home for families.

Titusville month long winter break

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was very clean and had a very well appointed kitchen - everything you could ask for. The pool was heated and we also enjoyed the hot tub. The backyard was very private and the neighborhood very quiet. Felt very safe there. The location was a perfect base for Disney, the Orlando airport, Kennedy Space Center, and some nice beaches. Shopping was very convenient. The beds were very comfortable. There were a few maintenance issues which came up during our month long stay, and the host resolved them as quickly as he could. We really enjoyed our stay there and the proximity to sightseeing locations was just what we were looking for!

Amazing gem close to everything!

I can not say enough great things for this property! Fenced in yard, pool, hot tub, amazing place and the owners were so thoughtful and helpful! One of the first rentals that actually made us feel like we were on vacation. Not even a list of chores to do before checking out. They had practically anything and everything you could need down to extra tooth brushes and even everything you would need to make Christmas cookies for the holidays along with Christmas candy gorgeous Christmas trees and decorations. This was also the first dog friendly rental where the dogs felt welcome. Pooper scooper, bags, dog bed and bowl. We will deff be back anytime we are back in town!

This house has EVERYTHING you could ever need. We loved the privacy the back yard had. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Very clean and well kept home.This property is close to restaurants, shopping and of course the beach. Check in and out was easy and the owners were very sweet and responsive when we had a few questions. We will be back. It felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend! Thank you to the home owners for everything!
