The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a private garden and terrace just 400 meters from the sea.
It consists of two floors, connected by an internal staircase. On the ground floor is the living room with a fireplace, the kitchen and a WC. You can relax on the comfortable sofa, or prepare a Mediterranean meal in the spacious and fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor you will also find a desk that allows you to work on your computer comfortably.
The first floor has three spacious bedrooms with a large wardrobe in each one separately and a large bathroom.
The terrace offers open views and the garden has space for grilling or a relaxed afternoon cocktail!

Distance to the nearest beach is 5 minutes by foot!
At a distance of 200 meters you will find a super market, a pharmacy, a restaurant, a mini market, and an open air cinema as well!
In the wider area there are activities such as scuba diving, windsurfing, horse riding lessons and wineries.
