Sea La Vie Cottage is the perfect modern getaway for you to spend your days enjoying the South Florida sun, beaches, and culture. Located less than two blocks from the inter-coastal, it is the ocean-lovers dream as Lake Worth Beach sits just about a mile away.
For those who love fine-dining or perhaps some late night fun, our condo is the ideal spot with historic Lake Ave just three blocks down. Grab a drink, enjoy an incredible meal, and spend your time in the sun with us.
The space
As you step onto the property, you will first notice the meticulously maintained tropically landscaped front and rear yards. These welcoming spaces are perfect for soaking in the Florida evenings and even better at welcoming you into the luxury that awaits you inside.

Stepping though the front door, you will be ushered into the main living room. This over-sized living space is outfitted with an oversized full leather sectional couch perfect for the whole family. Over the mantle sits a 75 inch 4k smart tv equipped with every internet channel you might desire.

Past the living room is our dining room, perfect for sharing a meal with the entire family! Or completing a puzzle while the family cooks in the luxury kitchen.

Down the hallway from this room, you will find the downstairs bathroom. This bathroom is equipped with a full shower tower with 12+ different jet options to make sure that your shower is a fully immersive spa experience.

From there, you can make you way into the fully modernized kitchen. The kitchen boasts three fully marble walls, highlighting the gorgeous grain of the natural stone. All of the appliances are brand new stainless steel appliances with Wi-Fi for smart connections.

In the corner of the kitchen, you will find our coffee bar, complete with everything you would need to make the perfect cup. The kitchen comes fully furnishes with every glass/plate/cutlery/pot/pans/etc, that you imagine. This space is the cook's dream!

Just off the kitchen, across the hall, you will find yourself in the study/office. This office is equipped with a natural grain desk with chair for a perfect working environment. Spend your day working from home! Also, don't forget about the double-size leather day bed, for the perfect night's rest!

As you take the steps further down the hall, you will be able to step into the extra large spa style bathroom. This bathroom features floor-to-ceiling marble tile, as well as an oversized rain shower. Imagine winding your days down in this spa-style environment.

The master bedroom is equipped with a 12 inch gel memory Foam queen mattress that is guaranteed to set you right to sleep. The oversized pillows and luxury bedding are sure to make your night as comfy as possible. A 55inch smart tv is mounted to the wall just in case you want to catch a show as you are dozing off. And, don't worry, there is ample storage space for your clothing in the closet.

Attached to the master you will find the laundry room. Our oversized, brand new, smart washer/dryer are sitting ready for you to wash, dry, and fold just like you would at your own home. Every appliance is brand new!

The third bedroom also includes a bunk bed for the kids (or extra adults!) to sleep in. As always, 12 inch memory foam mattresses are standard as well as luxury linens.
