Guest access
Guest will have full private access to entire property including driveway and car port (guest can park up to 5 cars), 4 bedroom/2 full bathroom house, and backyard that includes bbq grill, and outdoor seating :)
Other things to note
We have an 18 foot above ground pool that is currently drained. The previous long term guest did not use. We can refill and shock for the next guest, if wanted. Please note: the pool does sit below mature trees. The pool will often have leaves in pool in between weekly professional pool cleans.
