Very private location with walk-out river access, river views, gated parking by the beach, and beautiful sunsets from the beach on Lake Michigan which is just across a footbridge over the river right outside the condo door.

Tube, kayak or SUP right up to your slider door on the warm shallow Crystal River, or take the river all the way out to Lake Michigan! Walk the beach, stroll along the riverbank, or walk the boardwalk which stretches for blocks, just outside the condo building. Hike or bike the nearby paved Heritage Bike Trail to scenic Northern Michigan destinations.

In the summer you have access to the Homestead Resort golf course or in the winter you can enjoy the Homestead Resort ski hill for downhill excitement! Or explore the National Shoreline on cross country skis and snowshoes! There are miles of trails inside the Resort and more just a short drive away.

The condo is Heated and Air Conditioned, has a smart tv with a cable tv app, internet access, and is close to the beach. You will be only 2 miles from the quaint town of Glen Arbor and 20 miles from all the action in Traverse City.

The condo has a luxurious queen size bed, one full bath with a freshly re-glazed shower/tub combination, a cute kitchen complete with dishes, silverware, basic cooking utensils, glasses, coffee pot, pots/pans, microwave, stove, oven, and a small refrigerator (NOTE: there is no dishwasher in this unit). There is a round table with two high back chairs for eating, working, playing games, etc... The walkout patio comes complete with a table for enjoying meals or your morning coffee outdoors as well as two chairs for lounging while gazing at the Crystal River.

There is a coin operated washer & dryer located in the common area on the same floor of the condominium building as this Studio condo. There is a gas grill on property for use by condo guests.

This privately owned unit is nestled on the water in a discreetly gated property. No public check in required. The unit is on the ground floor of the building and is not handicap accessible.

Note: Although the condo is located inside the Homestead Resort, it is not a resort-owned property, it is privately owned. The Homestead Resort Village of Shops & Restaurants are available to you. However, the Resort Pools and Tennis Courts are not available for use. There are public tennis courts in Glen Arbor (just minutes down the road). You WILL have access to all of the resort amenities that are open to the public, such as all grounds and beach area, most of the restaurants, golf (ski hill in the winter), spa, salon, and the shops in the Village.
