Whether you have come to surf, tan on the sand, jet ski, check out local shops, golf, or go to the Zoo or Legoland with the whole family, this delightful home is perfect for a coastal adventure. You may find it hard to leave the comforts of this spacious resort-style home. The beautifully designed resort-style backyard features a large pool and attached heated jacuzzi. In addition to the water fun, the private backyard also features a spacious lawn for corn hole and other games, an outdoor fireplace, a built-in Viking BBQ that is hooked up and ready for grilling, an outdoor bar sink as well as an outdoor refrigerator. There is plenty of seating and lounging space for tanning plus a huge table for outdoor dining. This family retreat combines a love of the outdoors with luxury to create an environment that captures the very best of Southern California living. The home includes beach towels, linens, washer/dryer, and 5 bedrooms plus an office, accommodating 12 comfortably. Spend the day at the beach and feel free to use our boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and sand toys. Moonlight and Ponto beaches are a quick 6 minute drive; shopping and award-winning golf is a quick 5 minute drive. The location is 15 minutes from Legoland and 30 minutes away from the world famous San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, Balboa Park, Gaslamp district, San Diego Airport and so much more! The evening lights and lovely amenities are perfect for a family or intimate retreat!

Inside the main house, you'll find a very spacious full sized kitchen equipped with everything you need including 2 ovens. A center island provides lots of room for creating meals and having fun in the kitchen. This home has a spacious great room with an easy flow between the living, family, dining and kitchen areas - all of which have lots of windows allowing natural lighting throughout the home. The bright living room has high ceilings and a great view of the outdoor space and pool. The family room has a large sectional sofa, additional seating, a fireplace and a 75" flat screen TV. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a game room featuring a full size pool table. Sonos provides an indoor and outdoor stereo system for your music entertainment.

The master suite, located upstairs, features a California king bed, as well as a sitting room and a large flat screen TV. The recessed lighting, ceiling fan, and many windows make this space bright and breezy. The full master en suite bathroom is very spacious with 2 sinks, an over-sized tub and a separate shower area.

The 1st oversized guest bedroom has a queen bed and a comfortable couch. This bright and cheery room also has a beautiful, full en-suite bath.

The additional 2nd and 3rd guest bedrooms are upstairs and also have queen beds and a full en-suite bath featuring private sinks, showers, tubs and toilets.

The 5th guest bedroom is downstairs and features a full bed. This bedroom also features a full en-suite bath, with a private sink, shower and toilet.

No smoking is allowed inside or outside.
This house (like most in the coastal area) does not have air conditioning.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.
