While it looked relatively clean we did see bugs but could be coming from neighboring units. Freezer leaks water into the fridge and puddles.One of the Smoke detectors was on top of the fridge with the battery out so not sure what happened to it. But after I paid an additional fee to have a late check out I was woken up really early to the smoke alarm outside of the bedroom door blaring. It came on for about a minute, then stopped by itself, but about 5 minutes later it came back on and did the same thing. Scared me and I was unable to text the people(no signal). I wasn’t able to sleep in at all which was the whole reason for buying a late check out. Then the we were loading up the van, we got locked out with the majority of our belongings still inside because the auto code locked 30-40 minutes early. Had to call on a secondary phone that had signal because mine didn’t have signal. All of our important belongings were locked inside. They were able to open it with a new code but I had lost time to get my belongings out and packed in time so I had to ask them to extend my time for the difference that we were locked out. It could be potentially life threatening if a small child was left inside while the parent loads or left to take out the trash and they were not able to get back in. The bathroom sink was cracked. The shower door was missing a handle and didn’t shut correctly. The appliances are old. Needs pot holders and a cookie sheet.
