Newly-renovated duplex located across the street from the Liberty Bowl Stadium (GO TIGERS!) minutes walk to the lively and art-filled Historic Cooper-Young neighborhood, & 10 min drive from downtown. If you will be working in the medical field, we are also minutes away from the Medical District and all major and local hospitals such as Methodist University, LeBonheur, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and Regional One.
This side of the duplex has 2 spacious & inviting bedrooms, each furnished with a plush queen-size bed. Wake up refreshed for another day of adventures. One of the bedrooms has a desk with accessible outlets and wifi for those who need a workspace. The bathroom has a bath/shower combo with a small vanity. Storage space is available for your toiletries. The living room is equipped with a smart TV with Youtube TV and Netflix provided. There is also a queen-sized pull-out sofa bed for an extra two extra guests. The newly renovated kitchen has all new appliances and kitchenware. Less than 5 miles from the downtown attractions of Stax and Sun Records, Beale Street, the Orpheum Theater, FedEx Forum, Autozone Park, Bass Pro Shop Pyramid, the National Civil Rights Museum, and the Old Dominic Distillery.
