Right on the BEACH. Come and enjoy our little slice of Beach Paradise. This beachfront condo offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 8 people.

Enjoy a sun soaked day at the beach using the provided beach chairs, and towels or spend the day in the Gulf side heated swimming pool then head back to your oversized balcony to unwind and enjoy the sunset. Inside, the roomy living area features stylish accents and a leather sectional that can seat everyone in your party comfortably. Watch sunsets melt into the Gulf of Mexico and dolphins pass by.

We had a wonderful stay. Beach was right in front of us and the sunsets were unbelievably beautiful.We never did find the storage room with beach chairs, etc.We were there during the weekend and there is no one in the office to answer questions.other than that, everything was good.

Great condo 10 out of 10. I would come back to it again. Very nice quiet area if you need to rest. The parking is free. The pool is nice but it needs beach umbrellas. The beach is clean.

The property was fantastic and really felt like a home away from home. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever seen in a vacation rental property and the furniture was equally good quality. The demographic in the beach area was similar to us-families with kids-so it was a nice environment for all of us. Would love to come back to the same condo next year.

Loved it!

We had a great stay. The unit was comfortable and clean. The staff at the Seagate work hard to keep the grounds looking nice too. We've stayed in 2 units here and have enjoyed both. This unit was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the beach was great!

On the gulf

Although the weather was not as good as when we usually come to Florida we could enjoy the beautiful gulf shore from our balcony. The condo was clean and in an area that was good for all attractions. Didn’t enjoy the workers making noise.

What a wonderful property!

This was our first full family vacation and this property was wonderful. The description was totally accurate and the attention to detail by the owner was perfect. The only downside (not the fault of the owner) was that the beach was closed due to dune restoration but we totally loved the place and hope to stay here again soon.

We had such an amazing vacation. The condo was absolutely wonderful and top notch. The condo has its own storage closet equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards, etc. I will be coming back to this property. Thank you Bruce!

Spacious condo with gorgeous Gulf views

Our family of five very much enjoyed our stay and loved the balcony views of the Gulf including some gorgeous sunsets. The only thing holding back a 5-star rating is the installation of 4 very obstructive construction beams including yellow caution tape for our last day of enjoying the balcony. Otherwise, a fantastic stay.

Spacious with many thoughtful details

We loved the condo and location. All the things you’d expect when renting a condo were in place. However our expectations were exceeded with some of the small details that made the stay nice and easy. Eg, very comfortable furniture and beds, outlet/usb charging blocks on every night stand, laundry basket for dirty clothes in every bedroom, and all the kitchen gadgets you could possibly need. We would definitely book again.

Great Location - Beautiful View

Loved this location. Condo was perfect for our family. Had 5 adults and a child with us. Being right on the water allowed us to come and go to the beach as we wished. Only negative I could give the property was the temporary construction poles mounted all over the building and 4 of them being on this properties' balcony. Not enough for me to knock the rating down but gives some anxious vibes not knowing why they're installed everyone in the building.

Spacious condo in a great location!

Great location - the condo is very spacious, clean, and well laid out. Even though it is on the back of the complex, the view of the ocean and beach is still great! The beds slept wonderfully - the only complaint I might have is the master bedroom shower. The shower water pressure is weak, and you can't really adjust it to go to a cooler temp - if the water is turned on fully, it is scalding hot, and can't be adjusted. I had my son-in-law check it to see if I was doing something wrong, and he couldn't figure out how to fix it either. I never notified maintenance, because I didn't think they would be able to do anything either. Truthfully, that wasn't enough of a complaint to even worry about, as everything else was great! I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who wants an enjoyable vacation!

Short getaway

This condo was one of our favorite getaways. The amenities provided were top notch. Plenty of towels and beach towels were included. The kids found a small cooler in one of the closets with ice packs provided in the freezer to carry down to the beach every day. Loved the washer and dryer so we didn’t have to take loads of dirty laundry home and could keep up with the dirty towels. Our favorite part was the storage closet filled with beach supplies (canopy, umbrellas, beach chairs, sand castle supplies, and even a beach wagon to help roll everything to the beach steps away). The condo was spacious with three large bedrooms and two up dated bathrooms. The rooms got warm at night and the humidity peaked in the condo. May be something to look at. Otherwise, fantastic stay and we would love to return. Thanks so much.

Beautiful beach is most positive feedback i can give

Check in was horrible. Cleaning people still cleaning, left with wet sheets, drying towels, food left in fridge from last tenant. Floors were still full of sand, dishes didnt appear clean. Two of the beds were soiled on top sheet, once bottom. No one told of the extra weight supports (4 big ugly scary supports) which completely ruined the view. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm. Not ready. Kurig coffee machine broken. AC filter really clogged and dirty which affected cooling of condo.

Beautiful Property, Awful Poles on Balcony

The property and location are great, the unit is much bigger than it seems in the picture. It was clean for the most part. The storage unit is big with plenty of stuff to use on the beach, however there are alot of rusty chairs in there that should probably be thrown away. There are 4 huge biljax poles on the balcony that block the view of the water. I wasn't aware of this prior to checking in and it certainly hindered the overall experience, especially having kids that were present during our stay. These should really be disclosed to all future guests. Overall I thought the property was great and would definitely stay there again but you pay a bit of a premium for the view on the top floor and the lack of disclosure left a bit of a sour taste.

Great location, perfect condo with everything you could need for the beach and a great stay. Beautiful view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. Walking distance to everything. Loved it! Only complaint was some of the dishes were put away dirty, assuming from the prior stay?! Overall, we would stay again! communication was easy with the owner. If you are on the fence, book it!

Here is just a quick overview of my career along with a few of Carter Vacation strengths in the rental industry. I have been involved in the hospitality field most of my life. After graduating from Boston University back in 1986 I got my start working as a night auditor in a small hotel in Boston. I was instantly fascinated with this industry and wanted to know everything about it. I enjoyed finding new ways to improve the overall experience for the guests and in doing so, I was promoted often. I learned all aspects of each department and through the years I became the General Manager of some well-known hotels and upscale boutique inns. During my corporate career as a General Manager of a Hyatt Hotel in Tampa Florida, I had an opportunity to manage a small beach vacation rental along the shores of the Gulf. Simply put…I was hooked. This became my new passion and career. My wife and I had stayed in vacation rentals in the past with mixed feelings about our stays, I knew there was room for improvement in the Vacation Rental business and I was excited to get started. My team and I have worked hard over the years and I feel our success at Carter Coastal Vacation Rentals is from having a variety of vacation property options that suits each guests needs and budget. We also have chosen to keep Carter Vacation Rental business relatively small in order to maintain a personable connection with each of our new arrivals.
