Quaint cottage apartment with 3 private bedrooms and a full kitchen. Mature guests and families are welcome to bask in our nostalgic 1940's shore house apartment. Guests can walk to restaurants, night clubs, including the Fairview, as well as boardwalk shops, amusement piers, water parks, and our world famous free beach! If history is your calling, The Wildwood Historic Museum is one block away.

Our property offers space to relax and gather with friends and family in the cool salt air. Guests enjoy taking a break from the hustle of the city by relaxing on our large front porch, swinging on the swing and spending quality time with family and friends. If outdoor cooking is your thing, you're in luck. Our property invites guests to BBQ on their gas grill and enjoy an outdoor meal in our side yard common area which includes patio tables and chairs with umbrella.

Family owned and managed for 40 years.

Our stay

This house was amazing. It was close to the beach and different restaurants, very clean, and the perfect size for my family. The beds were very comfortable as well. The swing chair on the porch was a big hit in my family as well. It was amazing. Overall we had such an amazing experience.

Great location, 2.5 blocks from the boardwalk and beach. Was able to grab the parking spot right in front of the house and we never moved the car. was able to walk whereever we wanted to go. Loved being able to use the grill to cook up some hamburgers and hotdogs. Great communication with owner. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Very Nice and Hospitable Stay

My family were lucky enough to get a weekend stay at this property for the June 2025 Beach Blast tournament. The property was in walking distance of the tournament. The sleeping arrangement sufficient. The television options acceptable. The owners were very hospitable.

Friends stay July 4th

It was very close to the boardwalk . We absolutely loved the porch and could see the fireworks from there. the weekend was probably the busiest I've ever seen there because of the holiday, thus parking can be an issue. But that being said the location to everything we needed was perfect!

Quaint little place, suited all of our needs. Nostalgic and reminded me of summers at the shore from my childhood. Convenient location. The only thing I would mention is that the bathroom might be tricky for very large people or those with mobility issues as the toilet and sink are very close together. It was not an issue for us. Overall it was the perfect place for us and we would definitely stay there again!

Nice place to stay!

The house was very nice and clean. Loved the porch swing and sitting on the porch as a family when we got rained out. Listing says there is AC and there were window units in all except for one bedroom, which only had a fan. My son had this room and said it was warm and humid, but ok. Overall the place provided a pleasant stay.

Exactly as advertised.

The owner is very responsive leading up to and including our stay. Very friendly. The house is exactly as advertised. Being an older home, the bedrooms are on the smaller side with minimum outlets. But it was everything we expected and needed for our long weekend stay. Location was great. Not much parking on the street but was manageable. Porch was wonderful to have. Quiet neighborhood. Recommended.

Cute & Convenient!

We stayed here for 4 days for a Country Musical Festival and it was great! There was only 2 of us and the place had 3 bedrooms, so we could choose which one best suited each us! The front and rear beds were soooo comfortable! We didn’t try the middle room. It was about a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk for you could fine food, souvenir stores, arcades, rides and much much more! No off street parking, however most things are in walking distance so you can leave your car parked out front. The property manager was so nice and lives in the house behind this bungalow. No issues or problems with the rental. It was perfect for what we needed! I would definitely stay here again!

Hello! I'm from NJ and I host this property for my mother who purchased and operated the rentals for 40 years until technology took over. We are fortunate to be able to work as a family to keep the property rented and to meet many wonderful guests while enjoying all the amenities that a shore resort has to offer. Our main draw is basking on the beach and cooling off in the ocean.
