Alquiler Duplex Downtown Casa

This was a ridiculous review. The neighborhood is not dirty, there is not any abandoned buildings and it certainly is safe.

I let every guest know before they arrive that they can call or text me anytime if any problem arises with the apt. Yet, a guest writes a review like this when all she needed to do was call or text me. 1) There is not an icemaker. A bag of ice was purchased before they arrived + there are ice cube trays in the freezer that were filled and available should they choose to use them. She writes a complaint that the bag of ice purchased from the store was “old”. Yet, it wasn’t too “old” for her to take it all with her when she checked-out. 2) The ac certainly was working before they arrived and was still working after they checked-out. 3) If she needed more supplies for any reason, they only needed to reach out to me and I would have let her know what cabinet she would find more. 4) The DVD was working before she arrived and is still working. If she was unable to figure out how it works all she had to do was call or text me and I would have been able to help her. However, she preferred to complain instead. 5) If another tenant was making too much noise, again, all she needed to do was reach out to me.

I have addressed the issue of the wifi being weak and unreliable at times. I have now contracted for wireless wi-fi where the signal comes from a tower and not the phone line.
