Our beach home is a fully furnished and private rental home ready for the whole family! We offer:
⭐️Parking
⭐️Full kitchen
⭐️Living room

⭐️Separate game room with its own couch and tv
⭐️Outdoor grill area to relax in!

We have put extra thought into accommodating any little kiddos and offer a crib and high chair as well.

➡️You'll find shampoo, conditioner, and soap in each shower, hand soap at each sink, and body lotion in the bathrooms.

➡️Elevate your shower with one of our complimentary shower steamers made with essential oils and zero artificial fragrance. 🌿

♻️We offer both trash and recycling, and you'll find that the kitchen trash can has a labeled bin for both.

🎮The game room offers plenty of lounge space with shuffleboard, foosball, bean bag chairs, and a smart tv. Games, puzzles, and books are provided for additional entertainment, and each tv has a DVD player.

🔊Bluetooth speakers are located in the game room and on the bar shelving by the kitchen so you can listen to music or your favorite podcast.

🌳The back patio has a gas grill, dining table, large lounge sofa, and two hanging chairs. Please ask the host about beach cruiser bicycle rentals that we offer.

🚙There is an EV charger located in the carport for anyone wanting to charge their electric vehicles. Just be sure to bring your own charger!

⭐️Our home is a 2 minute walk to a public beach access and a quick 5 minute drive to central Carolina Beach for local food and grocery store.

This truly is the perfect family getaway home!

Lovely beach bungalow

What a Great place for large groups and extended family! Space seems even larger than the photos with a ton of great hangout space. Really well appointed and thoughtfully decorated. Close proximity to the beach and short driving distance to restaurants and boardwalk areas of Carolina beach. Loved our stay!

Awesome House With Plenty of Accommodations

This property was exactly as pictured. Clean with plenty of space and all the necessary utensils for our stay. Communication with host was extremely easy. Would highly recommend and would definitely love to stay here again.

This cute and cozy boho beach house is ideal for hosting a family with its accommodating layout, comfortable chic bedrooms, thoughtful details, lower level hang out area complete with t.v., sofa and games, and it's location/proximity to Freeman Park.

Everything was as listed, and it’s a great space for a lot of people to spend time together and have their own space. Not a bad walk to the beach and a very easy car or bike trip too!

The house could have cleaner. Vacuum was packed where dirt enters canister we had to clean.

House was a perfect size and set up for my family. Not a bad walk to beach. We found house not very clean, for 300 the house should have been much cleaner.

Great place

This place is awesome! Dawn paid so much attention to detail with everything in this home. She made our stay great! The house is very close to the beach and restaurants. We even left stuff behind and she went out of her way to meet other family to drop the stuff off! I would advise staying here!!

Excellent stay

I stayed at Dawn's place for a long weekend with friends. It was an ideal space for five people, with plenty of privacy, even with shared bathrooms. There was ample space for everyone: a big dining table, huge sectional sofa, and even an outdoor lounge area. We also made good use of the basement for group yoga. The kitchen is beautiful and perfectly clean. Public beach access was a 5-minute walk from the front door. The only drawback is that the Wi-Fi was slow, but that's hardly a problem if the purpose of your trip is to vacation (but just a head's up if you also need to handle emails).

Great stay. Close to the beach. Great for a group or family.

We arrived in the area early and the property owner accomodated us by letting us check in a little bit early. So kind. The house is lovely, freshly rennovated, and updated. As you walk up the stairs in to the front door you can instantly see this house looks even better than the pictures taken for the website. We were a group of 6 grown ups and never once felt cramped. The entry leads to a table with seating for all 6 of us. We cooked our dinner in a fresh, clean kitchen with quality appliances, all the things you need to prepare a huge meal, a great coffee machine we kept busy, and clean up was easy with a deep sink and dishwasher. We also made a full breakfast for 6, buffet style on the large island with no issues. A comfortable living room with a big TV was a nice place to digest. We play a lot of poker and down stairs was perfect with a huge seating area, table and chairs for all, game room, and all in a covered space. The property is impecable and well maintained. When it was time to sleep there was actually more beds than we needed, they were all cofortable, and had wireless docking stations for your phone. Fresh white linens, delightful decor, and very clean. We 6 were all so impressed and the owner went out of her way to ensure we were taken care of. As a family man, I plan on returning with my brood of 5, as this will be a perfect place for our family beach trip. Thank you!

Just 0.3 miles from the ocean it is a perfect home to vacation, relax, and create exciting memories! Carolina Beach has been a favorite destination for myself and my family for years. We wanted to create something for you to enjoy as well.

This home is newly renovated with you and your family in mind! We offer a full house to you. The lower level is a game room with a fenced in back yard for grilling and lounging. The upper level is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, living room, bathrooms, and more. We have just about everything needed for every age to feel comfortable and welcome. We have thought of every detail with you in mind from the eucalyptus hanging in the showers to the bikes offered additionally for your pleasure!
