Encantadora casa junto al lago privado y cerca del carril bici CC. Duerme 6

¡Renovado en 2014, cocina y baños nuevos, pero con el mismo encanto de CapeCod!
La casa está situada a solo 200 metros a pie del estanque de Hinckley, donde puedes nadar en agua dulce. Pase sus mañanas en el océano (15 minutos en automóvil hasta el océano) y las tardes en un lago tranquilo a solo 200 yardas de la casa. También se encuentra a una distancia muy corta (una calle más abajo) de la ruta del ferrocarril de Cape Cod: un sendero para bicicletas y caminatas que va desde Dennis a Wellfleet.
Ubicada al final de un tranquilo callejón sin salida en la orilla de un lago privado, nuestra casa de Cape Cod es una base perfecta para sus vacaciones relajantes.
Esta casa de 3 pisos tiene capacidad para seis personas, con 3 dormitorios y renovada en 2014 2 1/2 baños.
Tanto la puerta lateral como la entrada principal se abren a una sala de estar y comedor abierta llena de sol, con amplios pisos de madera de pino y techos estilo catedral. Dos dormitorios están en la planta principal, así como un baño completo, una cocina totalmente equipada y renovada en 2014 con lavavajillas; Una sala de sol de tres estaciones con acogedoras sillas que son perfectas para el tiempo de inactividad. En el nivel inferior hay un área del sótano completamente terminada con un sofá cama adicional, servicios de lavandería y otro medio baño. En el segundo piso se encuentran el dormitorio principal y un baño completo.
Todas las habitaciones tienen unidades de aire acondicionado con ventana.
En el patio trasero encontrará una ducha exterior privada cerrada, perfecta después de un día en la playa. Un gran patio con paneles de madera también está disponible para su disfrute.

Ya sea que disfrute nadar, pasear en bote, pescar, caminar, andar en bicicleta o simplemente relajarse, nuestra hermosa casa ofrece mucho espacio y comodidades para ayudarlo a tener las vacaciones de Cape Cod que desea.

Cozy, yet contemporary and airy space. Easy to get to off either 6 or 6A. Very quiet neighborhood and comfortable surroundings. Only challenge was finding tools to eat lobster. No nut crackers or picks anywhere in the kitchen We had to use a wrench from our car to crack the shells. Word to the wise, bring your own :)

Perfect for our family week on the Cape

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect for a walk to the Cape Rail Trail, a walk to the pizza / ice cream shop or a walk to the beach. The house was great, the yard beautiful, the neighborhood quiet. What else can you ask for in a vacation home?

Bike to beach!

Great stay, really enjoyed it. Super close to the bike path, rode to the beach every day. Pond is gorgeous, took a couple of end of the day swims. Olympics was on in the evening and the living room, tv set up was very comfortable,

Beautiful house and perfect Cape location

My family and I had a wonderful time at Sasha’s house. We have vacationed at the cape numerous times and this by far is my favorite area. The house is in a quiet neighborhood about .3 miles from the CCRT, less than a line to Seymour Pond and walkable also to pleasant valley pizza. The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable with a nice deck and backyard. The house is equipped with everything you may need. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Sasha!

Quiet and cozy

At the end of a nice dead end neighborhood, the house was very clean, spacious, and a perfect location for walking our dog, and easily getting to beaches, shopping, restaurants, etc. The first night we walked to pickup Pizza Shark and it was good. The property is a bit woodsy (and buggy), but the house has lots of nice amenities including a finished basement with a desk, ceiling fans, access to pond/swimming areas, outdoor shower, recycling, games, etc. The beds we’re comfortable and the owner was very responsive to questions. We had a nice week there.

Comfortable and Convenient

Our family enjoyed staying in Sasha's house! It was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located close to the highway, but tucked away on a dead end street just a short walk to Seymour Pond. We would definitely stay there again!

A great stay at the beautiful house in Harwich.

Our stay at this house was absolutely amazing, the house has everything a family needs for a perfect vacation, starting from the excellent and quiet location between a couple beautiful lakes and next to the bike path, to all the amenities and a fully equipped kitchen, to the little details such as games for the rainy day. A split A/C system was a huge plus as it ensures that every bedroom and the living room have their own climate control. The communication with the owner was super quick with tons of information provided and all questions answered promptly.

Wedding week

We were here on Cape Cod for our daughter’s wedding and the rental home was close to venue. We were very comfortable with the accommodations. Great little porch to enjoy morning coffee or evening wine. Updated bathrooms. Side deck was fabulous...felt like you were in a treehouse. My only concern were the stairs leading to side door. Railroad tie edging on stairs is twisted and wood is rotting, making it a tripping hazard and difficult to walk up, especially while carrying luggage. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay!

Great stay! Close to everything

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was a 2 minute walk to Hinckley pond where my daughter and dog swam every day and was a short bike ride/car ride to Seymour pond which was amazing (and perfect for a 2 year old). It was very close to Long Pond, right across from the rail trail and so close to the beach. Tasha was amazingly responsive and helpful and the house had everything we needed!

Perfect family home on lake

We loved staying at this pretty summer place. It’s got a lot of space and is a five minute walk from a wonderful lake for swimming. Great for different generations. Well set up with cooking supplies. Love the outdoor shower. We would definitely return and are sad to leave at the end of a terrific vacation.

Clean, quiet, cool, and relaxing.

First thing my wife noticed upon arrival - the house was spotless. Great house for family gatherings with the open layout of the kitchen, living room, dining area, and the three season room. Served us well when we had extended family or guests over. AC units in each bedroom and (to our surprise), a large floor unit in the living room. Kept everything cool when the humidity popped up or when it was hot with no breeze. The kitchen has almost every item you need to cook for the family. Full size washer and dryer in the basement. Loved the bluetooth connection to the speakers, made the evenings into a playlist showdown. The internet/wifi had some hiccups in the beginning but stabilized after a few restarts...it is the Cape and internet is always finicky. They also have a fun collection of DVDs and a DVD player. Overall there are too many positives to list about this house. Our family and friends enjoyed staying here and we would definitely return. BTW - if you do rent this property definitely pay the $35 for the linens, well worth it when you show up and all the beds are made and ready to go.

Stayed for 4 weeks and didn't want to leave

The house is in a lovely neighborhood, just a 2 minute walk to Hinckley pond where we stored our kayak and our dog and son went swimming every day. The house is about a 15 minute drive to the Harwich Port beaches which have warm water and no sharks! The bayside beaches in Brewster are also about 15 minutes by car, and the Atlantic side beaches which are beautiful, long beaches great for walking, are about 20 minutes away. My son took swimming lessons at Long Pond which was just a 5 minute drive. The bike path is just across the street and you can bike or walk to the Local Flavor for coffee and sandwiches and also to Seymour pond for a nice swimming area. The house layout was great, very open and comfortable. There are window a/c units in the bedrooms. My husband was able to work from the house, there was a desk in the basement and the wi-fi was good. We didn't want to leave!

Super comfortable, clean and quiet home on the cape

We had a great time staying here. Its a quiet location but well located, super comfortable and very clean. We loved being able to walk to the pond and the bike trail. And the mid-cape location made it easy to explore all parts of the cape. The house had everything we needed and had lots of spaces for the various parts of our families (ie. the kids) to escape to when they wanted to. Check in was easy, and at no point did we question where anything was. Its a super easy vacation home to stay at.

Great cottage. All the comforts of home provided. Basement was just like another apartment.

Centrally located so we were able to visit the beach and actually walk to the ponds in the area as well as bike paths. The lake was crystal clear and a great way to spend the day. The basement was private and we were able to connect with work when necessary! Quite pleased with the amenities. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us....

Perfect for a Multigenerational Vacation!

The home was comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood close to a pond. The upstairs master bedroom and bath set-up provided quiet and privacy for my husband and me while our daughter, son-in-law and their two little girls were cozy in the two main floor bedrooms. Our only problem was being able to access the wifi. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Comfortable, quiet, convenient

Well appointed home on a quiet street near a lovely pond , very close to many great beaches both bay and ocean. The beds were very comfortable and the many A/C units throughout the home kept the humidity down on muggy days. The deck is spacious and was a great space to have morning coffee or an evening refreshment ( many hummingbirds to watch !). The sunroom was equally as relaxing and it was nice to have many sitting areas for people to spread out if need be. Sasha was very helpful before and during our stay. She addressed a few issues that came up in a very timely manner which was much appreciated. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely rent it again.

Excellent Family Vacation

We had a great time staying at this home in Harwich. It was an excellent location--very close to the rail trail and many lakes/ponds. A great central location on cape cod, so it was easy to get to many tourist attractions around the cape. The kitchen was well equipped. The deck was a great spot in the late afternoon--quiet, nice breeze, good combination of sun and shade. We brought along our 18 month old son and our family dog. It was as child friendly as any rental can be! We did toddler proof a little bit when we first arrived and watched him closely--but nothing unexpected. I can't imagine we would have needed to do any less at any other house.
