Enjoy the famous Barton Springs pool, or head to Lady Bird Lake for kayaking or stand up paddle boarding--all within an easy one and 1/2 miles. Equally located are the hike and bike trail, Zilker Botanical Gardens and Zilker Park--the location for the ACL music festival, the Austin Kite Festival, the Winter Trail of Lights and numerous other events.

Once you are ready to relax and be pampered, return to your home away from home as you walk along the winding pathway, through the trees, to a covered entry. Turn to your left and enjoy the relaxing outdoor sitting area, or step inside our home. The spacious entry, with 16-foot ceilings and natural light, leads one of three ways--you decide. There is a spacious and fun game room, or the staircase leading to the private master retreat, or begin enjoying the gourmet kitchen and the other areas of this contemporary and relaxing home.

The gourmet kitchen, spacious dining room, and bright living room flow together to create a unique setting. The expansive living room features a 55’ LED TV where all can watch a sporting event or favorite movie. The raised ceiling connects the living room and dining room area, each which comfortably seats eight people.

These rooms flow into the state-of-the-art kitchen gourmet kitchen, which is equipped with both high end appliances and an induction cooktop, just waiting for that wonderful meal to be prepared. You will find a large fridge and pantry to store all your food, drinks, fruits or veggies. An expansive patio with gas BBQ pit is just steps from the kitchen for outdoor grilling if you prefer.

Fall in love with the outdoors while playing a game of Corn Hole in the back yard or practice your putting on the disc golf basket. Play basketball on the quiet street. There is a spot for everyone to enjoy.
