The Cutlass is a private lock and key room in my home on the second floor, at the end of hall. The room shares a brand new bathroom (with potentially two other rooms) . Queen bed with brand new mattress ! Everything you need is here. Room has mini fridge, 10 cup coffee maker, Pur water purifier, smart tv, chair and clock sound machine.(for awesome sleeping). House has central air and heat as well as supplemental fan and space heater for your preference. I have many amenities to share such as games, books, bikes, beach towels and chairs, kayaks and more. Full 1st floor beautiful kitchen is at your disposal as well. Off street parking, private yard with garden, yoga mediation space and more. Max occupancy of 1 for the room. smoke free home. not child appropriate. Each room is different, with art and soul. Whole house can be rented for large parties. I'll be there as much as you need or not ...will be in my back apartment and not in your business. There may be other guests in their private room.
