Designer home in great location for longer term furnished rentals

Designer row home with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. High end appliances, GB internet, Nest, and a private, walled yard. Small dogs are welcome (we even have a dog door to the back). The location is great - around the corner from all of the 11th Street Columbia Heights conveniences - Cinco Soles, Makan, Queens English, Odd Provisions, Buddy’s, El Chucho and Wonderland are just the start. Even bagels at Call Your Mother and the brand new Whole Foods aren't far. This is the “hippest” area in DC.

The single family house has one primary bedroom with a queen sized bed and a second, smaller room with a couch that easily converts to a bed. Both bedrooms are full, en suite with bath tubs. The smaller room is generally used as an office/den but we have guests all the time.

This is our home, not an “income property.” We are only interested in longer-term rentals (3+ months) and are happy to do “walkthroughs” and/or have a call ahead of booking to make sure you feel comfortable. It’s a great home. We have a place in Europe and go back and forth.
