Great Value

Clean as any hotel I have stayed in. Staff very friendly. 7 day stay was just what was needed. Full size refrigerator and nice cooktop.

Passing through Ok traveling with pet

This hotel was pet friendly which makes traveling so much easier. The lady at the desk was super helpful!!

Not a great first impression

Check-in had a $70.00 nonrefundable deposit for the pet. That was the first i had heard that a deposit was required. The rate was very good for the location. The room was very clean but the entrance and hallway's were not air conditioned and had a musky smell.

In a pinch kind of place

My husband and I wanted to get away for the weekend so we booked ahead of time. When we got in the lady at the desk was very short speaking and on the cusp of being rude. The tub didn’t drain. The fire alarm went off at 5am which was just crazy and random. If you’re in a pinch and need a place…

Simply Suites

Check in was a struggle as the front desk couldn’t find our name. This would be because the company that we booked this stay through on Vrbo is an out of country company with hard communication. Our reservation is passed twice onto different companies: VRBO to room picks to bed and berry. The stay was not a bad experience but visitors should be aware that this is a convenience stay and not a 4-5 star hotel. It is a stay that will work for what you need. Overall, 3/5

Not what is Advertised!!!

Booked this place based on the description that 1. It was a house; 2. It sleeps 3; and 3. That is has a fully stocked kitchen. When we arrived, it is a single hotel room, NOT a house. The room had one queen sized bed, and nowhere for my daughter to sleep. When I told the front desk that there must have been a mistake, she was very flustered and told me that this company had overbooked them, they had no more rooms available, and said we were lucky to have a roof over our heads, because this site booked 3 different families after they were at capacity, and she spent all afternoon trying to find somewhere for them to stay, and there were no hotels within an hour of there for them to stay. We managed to get a cot, at an additional cost to us, so my child had somewhere besides the floor to sleep. It was thin with hard springs and she got no sleep. I reached out twice to the host during our stay with NO RESPONSE. The front desk of the hotel called them repeatedly as well and they refused to answer the calls, leaving 3 families to sleep in their car or drive over an hour away to find a place to stay. I called VRBO on Monday for a refund, and the host answered and said that the listing says it’s a hotel. I immediately went back and took screenshots to show it absolutely does not. Nevertheless, the issue was having nowhere for my daughter to sleep! This room does NOT SLEEP 3!!!!! Also, we had no hot water the first night, & there were NO utensils or anything in the kitchen.
