The condo was in a great location with easy access to the beach. Parking is a little tight for folks like me with a full size truck, but it was not horrible. The place was very clean upon arrival. I would definitely stay there again if the opportunity presents itself. The host was very responsive to messages.

Open up the sliding doors and the view from this 5th floor condo was breathtaking. Steps from the beach! Minutes from everything in Myrtle beach. The condo was perfect for me and my husband. We had the best week. September was a great time to go. Perfect weather.

Breathtaking Views at the Beach

As soon as you get there you can walk straight down to the beach. The property was beautiful and very clean. We are already planning our next trip there!!

Birthday weekend

I will give it a 6/10 . The view was amazing. However the parking deck was very small . The host has a lot of check out rules even though I paid a cleaning fee..

Very clean, well-appointed, small but ok for 1 or 2, parking can be difficult close to condo, check-in and out very easy, nice combo door lock, comfortable bed, good location, nice beach area and pool

Beach Get-a-way

We loved this place, and would stay there again. Had a bit of trouble finding the building and knowing exactly how to gain access. The number on the building didn't match the listing.

Awesome place

Great spot in the Northern part of Myrtle, very clean, amazing views and the best little beach bar. Literally steps off the beach. Kitchen was pretty well stocked for a rental. We gifted a blender. Walking distance to pretty much everything you need. On top of all this my wife got food poisoning the last night and couldn't fly home the WONDERFUL rental agent helped us with late checkout and was able to get her a room right next door with early check-in none of which she had to do. Amazing customer service!!! We're already planning our next stay. If you are looking for a nice budget friendly stay in Myrtle 10/10 highly recommend!

Nice stay

Overall the stay was nice. It was great to be right on the beach and have access without having to drive. The condo was as described in the listing, however, there were some issues that I encountered. First, the address listed in the description is wrong. The address listed is 201 70th Ave. North but the address is 202 70th Ave. North. When reaching out to inquire about how to get to the property there was a swift response BUT the wrong address was given again. Once arriving, the parking is HORRIBLE. There are pillars/columns around the entire parking area making it extremely difficult to park. I tried to park under the building in the parking area and did not feel comfortable with that at all. When trying to exit it is such a tight fit because of the pillars/columns that I ended up scratching my side view mirror. I decided to park across the street and on days that I didn’t want to park across the street, I paid for parking. Also, if you park in the area under the building you can’t use the elevator because it requires a key card. When entering the “lobby” you would expect there to be some sort of desk to “check in” but there wasn’t. You walk in and only see a set of elevators so it was confusing on how to actually check in. Once in the room, there were two key cards and a parking pass to hang on the mirror if you park across the street at another resort. There is no iron or dust pan. Overall, a nice stay and beautiful views, just need clearer instructions & updated address.
