Enjoy everything Fayetteville has to offer at this stunning, one of a kind 5-BR Mt. Sequoyah home that is big enough to host multiple families! This mountain home is tucked away on a quiet, tree-lined street with breathtaking views of the Boston Mountains from the main and master bedroom decks! Only a 2-minute ride down the mountain to Dickson Street! New furnishings/decor, 5 flat screen TVs, grill ready on the main deck, and large backyard for dog and kids to play and explore.

Perfect for family gatherings! 2004 square feet on three levels. One queen bedroom on main floor. Two BRs upstairs with shared full bath. Two BRs downstairs, each with a bunk bed, with shared full bath. Also downstairs is TV / entertainment space with foosball table.

Reduced pricing may be available for small groups on non-premium dates. Please message for details.

PARKING
Private parking for five vehicles. The street is narrow and, therefore, allows for NO STREET PARKING due to safety / emergency vehicle requirements. Mount Sequoyah Gardens Park is one block away and usually has parking available, though not guaranteed.

QUIET PLEASE
Picturesque neighborhood on dead end street. We and our neighbors treasure the peacefulness of the community. PLEASE...NO LOUD OR DISRUPTIVE GATHERINGS.

Great Stay

Cannot say enough about how helpful and accommodating the owner was...First Class! On top of that the house was excellent with everything you need for a great stay. The view was awesome in the morning wile you enjoy a hot cup of coffee...we will be back for sure.

Great property in Fayetteville !!

Loved staying here at this property. Location is amazing. Less than 5 minutes to Dickson Street, and the 3 floor setup was perfect for our group. The high point was the group enjoying our morning coffee on the back patio with the great views and deer that live in the adjacent green space. Will absolutely stay here again.

This home was perfection! The location is on a quiet dead end street but still very accessible. We only parked 2 cars but it could easily fit 5. Waking up to Mt Sequoia, even though all the leaves were still on the trees, was fabulous. Wonderful view. Lots of coffee pods, doggie bags and every other amenity you may need. They actually provided more than any other place we’ve ever stay at. We only had 2 families but you could easily have 3. Also, had to contact them once and super responsive! We will definitely book again!

Perfect Location!

This home is in a quiet beautiful neighborhood with spectacular views of Fayetteville as it is atop a hill. However, a short drive down the hill and you are in the main areas close to everything including U of A. Home was very clean and more stocked than typical. I will say just for others, the stairs are a bit steep between the 3 levels so just something to keep in mind. Also the common areas (kitchen/dining and living room) are a bit small for a larger group. This would be different if the weather is nice, the balcony looked wonderful but it was snowing on our stay. This trip was a reminder to us how hilly Fayetteville is and the challenges with driving in the snow/ice. Host was very responsive and went the extra mile for us in many ways. We needed to check in early due to flight plans and they were extremely accommodating. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I are both from Little Rock, but have been coming up to NWA more and more over the last several years and have come to LOVE the area! We love the "vibe" of Fayetteville and, especially, that of Mt. Sequoyah. Also lots of wonderful communities like Bentonville and Eureka Springs nearby and all they have to offer!

Mt. Sequoyah is a gem nestled away in what can appear to be a wildlife nature reserve yet only a TWO minutes from the Fayetteville town square and amazing shopping and dining!

There is an impressive view of the Boston Mountains that warms our souls. And with five bedrooms the house is perfect for larger family gatherings with kids. Also having a full bath on each floor makes it perfect for three couples! There are stairs to navigate, but there is also one queen size bedroom on the main floor. And, of course, location, location, location! You can literally be parking in the center of town in less than THREE minutes!
