Este segundo piso condominio ofrece vistas de palmeras, arena blanca y las aguas turquesas del Golfo de México. La vista es pintoresca y las puestas de sol magníficas. Esta unidad es para no alfombrada, cuenta con 2 dormitorios, 2 baños y es 1300 sq. Ft. Tiene un rey, 2 camas queen, amplio salón, comedor, cocina totalmente equipada (todos los aparatos), 2 porches, lavadora, secadora, calefacción / aire acondicionado central. Hay 3 televisores, DVD, VCR. Wi-Fi en la unidad !! Este complejo cuenta con cabañas de playa, 2 sillas de playa y un pintoresco patio frente a la playa. Hay una gran piscina climatizada, así como una sala de juegos con billar, ping pong, air hockey. Hay muchas tiendas, restaurantes, excursiones, campos de golf, de tenis de la zona. Fantastic location and view! For our first visit to Siesta Key, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The condo is well maintained, updated, and decorated very nicely. There is a wonderful entry way for beach bag storage, beautiful open floor plan, and modern bathrooms. We spent the majority of our time on the screened in porch and enjoyed it so much. Here you are only steps away from your spot on the beach, and can pop up to your porch for lunch with ease. The gated community is well maintained and beautiful at night, but this time of year it is a very hot (unshaded) walk to the gate if you do not have a vehicle - fair warning. The trolley systems on Siesta Key are fantastic, so you can use them and Uber to get around, but Uber consistently had a hard time finding our exact location for pick up. There is no number on this building once they enter the community gate. The pool here is also located by the entrance gate. We appreciated how easy it was to rent beach umbrellas for our beach days. You can request them online and they set them up quickly. They don’t have to put lounge chairs away until sunset and you can spend the entirety of your day on this stunning beach. The water was lovely and we even got to swim with a manatee! Thank you for a memorable trip, we will be back!

Beautiful and charming

The unit was beautifully remodeled, very efficiently furnished and had everything our family needed for our week stay. The overall grounds of the property were very well kept and clean. We were very happy with our stay and eager to visit again next year.

Quick getaway

This property is wonderful! The unit is very spacious, beautifully decorated, and has a gorgeous view! I loved the screened/slider lanai. I just wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely return to 4N!

Great Stay

We all very much enjoyed our stay at Island House. This was our second time and would love to come back. This unit was very clean and a lot of thoughtfulness in decorating it. The bench and shelves when you first walk in the door was very handy. The unit was comfortable as was the balcony. Spent many a morning out there. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to Hurricane Irma hated to loose a night but felt it was the best thing to do. I did not ask about a refund for the last night as I knew it was nonrefundable. But - it would have been nice. A great place to stay
