Welcome to our stylish, yet cozy home. We offer a spacious 3 bedroom unit, with every amenity needed for a relaxing, and comfortable stay! You, or your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. We are 10 mins from Downtown Cincinnati, & 20 mins from CVG airport. 6 mins to the Cincinnati Zoo, & 10 to Cincinnati Museum Center. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. We can help with an array of extra services if needed, just ask!

3 beautifully decorated bedrooms, with a spacious living room.

Small, quiet neighborhood. A hidden gem. Suburban feel, but city proximity!

Early check-in, or late check-out if available for a fee of $20 past 1 hour.
*No pets on furniture please! If you allow your pet on the furniture, or bed there will be a $200 fee. We can’t allow this, as we have guest that book with allergies to pets.

* Please do not look out the blinds by bending them. The blinds are photographed before and after every guest. In the event that you bend, or break one, there will be a $50 charge per blind.

* Outside guests that are not on the reservation, are NOT PERMITTED without permission from your host.

* Quite time is 10pm during the week, & 11pm on weekends! Please be mindful of the guests upstairs.

Great Stay!

I booked this listing with my dad. We were in town for my brothers wedding. This was a perfect option for us and had plenty of room to accommodate my kids as well. The property was clean, check in was easy, and the unit was so cute! The host was very communicative and helped with all of our concerns. I even got the chance to meet her in person and she’s just a lovely soul! I would recommend this listing to anyone.

Great spot for a weekend getaway!

Stayed at the house for a weekend getaway to see a Reds baseball game. Perfect location for proximity to the stadium, downtown, and plenty of dining options in the area. The house was very clear, all the amenities that we needed (Except a washer and dryer. There was not a washer/dryer listed on the app so this was simply a convenience item and not anything to do with the place at all.) Overall we had a great time!! Great communication with the owners, check in was a breeze. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with anything necessary to cook your meals, and this was a very affordable option for 3 people to have our own space. The comparison of price and space vs a hotel was not even debatable. This VRBO came in far under any hotels downtown and, again, to ability to be able to unpack and feel like home for the weekend was wonderful. Would stay again and again. I do believe there is a washer and dryer upstairs so just know that if this is a concern for you, ask for Unit B on the upstairs level. Might not be available to guests but thought I heard one running, ask the owners. Great stay! Great home! Thank you for offering a cozy home in the Cincinnati area!!!

Weekend getaway

Bought my daughter tickets to the Cincinnati Zoo and made a weekend getaway for it, the rental was very nice, quiet neighborhood, house was beautiful! No complaints from me! Adrianah was very helpful and answered my questions right away! Thank you for letting us use this beautiful place! Highly recommend it!

Perfect getaway

The loft was the perfect size for my family and the kitchen had all you need to cook. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very close to downtown.

Very Happy Holiday

Location, location, location. The house was easy to find and close to I-75, grocery store and anything else you need in either direction. The home was neat, tidy and spacious. Everything was clean and had what we needed to feel like home for the holiday. The host was amazing and responsive when we reached out. We look forward to coming back and staying again.

Nice and Simple

We really enjoyed our stay with our two boys, 1 year, and 3 years old. Beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious, TV worked for us, kitchen was well stocked with tools needed. It was really nice to have the Keurig with plenty of pods, as well as a pack n play for our little one. The only thing I'd mention was that the kitchen floor was not as clean as it could be, which matters more with little ones crawling around. Other than that, it was a great value!
