St Charles Place at BEAR LAKE

Welcome to St Charles Place at BEAR LAKE! This beautiful three bedroom, 3 bath custom home is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the great outdoors. North Beach, the BEST beach at Bear Lake, is only 10 minutes away. Or enjoy exploring Minnetonka Cave and several other nearby hiking trails. In the winter enjoy skiing Beaver Mountain or snowmobiling.
The space
As you enter the home the large gathering area is perfect to lounge or prepare meals in the spacious fully equipped kitchen. Meal time can be enjoyed around the large dining table, also great for game night. The home has two on suites. The third room has bunk beds and additional queen bed making it perfect for multiple couples or families to stay.
Guest access
The entire home is yours to enjoy. Including a double car garage to store your toys.
We also have paddle boards in the garage for our guests to enjoy during the stay.
Bring your golf clubs. We have 3 courses within 30 minutes of our location.
Other things to note
Please remove your shoes upon entering as the
home has a no shoe policy.

During summer months it is recommended to have reservations for North Beach and to go early to get the best spots.

Bear Lake Gem!

We had another wonderful stay in Bear Lake! This was our second time staying in this house and we loved it just as much as last summer. The proximity to North Beach is awesome and the house is very clean and well-appointed. The huge backyard is perfect for lawn games and we really appreciated being able to borrow a paddleboard. We hope to return next summer!

Just right for our family

The property is new and clean and was just right for our family outing to Bear Lake. It was close to the places we wanted to visit, including Minitonka cave and the north shore beaches of the lake. Liked the fact that they had 3 paddle boards in the garage that were available for our use while we were at the beach.

An absolute wonderful place to stay!

This property is set up absolutely perfect! I am a prepper and always pack extra, this place was stocked with everything you need! I loved the Ninja Coffee Pot so much, I had my husband order me one. I loved sunrises on the front porch! A must stay again place!

Yearly family trip to Bear Lake

They’ve thought of everything at this property! Perfect location- so close to the North Beach! Large family/dining room to gather for meals, play games or watch a movie. Well stocked kitchen- made cooking so easy! Loved the back yard area for sitting around the fire pit. 3bedroom/bathrooms made it easy to spread out a little

Very nice, clean huge new home. Expensive, but we knew that going in. Great communications and accommodation for a change of plan we faced. Removal of shoes indoors was expected, kind of a throwback to my childhood. Thank you

Would definitely stay here again! The house was VERY clean, comfortable and well stocked. They’ve taken great care to include good quality pots, pans and utensils. We loved the fact that 2 of the bedrooms had private bathrooms! We were there for snowmobiling and access to the trails was perfect. The view of the lake from the front window was an unexpected surprise! The host was quick to respond and very helpful. The directions to the home were easy to follow and entering the home was a breeze. You won’t be disappointed staying here!

Awesome location and beautiful home!

This house was perfect for our family trip to Bear Lake with young kids! The house is very clean and beautifully designed. We love North Beach and chose this house because of its proximity to the beach and are glad we did! The ability to borrow paddle boards from the house was so generous and very much appreciated. We enjoyed playing sports and lawn games in the large backyard and the house was stocked with lots of fun board games for a rainy day. We like to cook our meals when we visit Bear Lake and the kitchen was very well-appointed and made it easy to do so. The owner was very responsive. We would love to stay here again when we come back to Bear Lake!

Just book already!

My husband and I recently stayed at this VRBO with our four kids (ages 8-15). We've stayed in our share of VRBO's, and this was one of our all-time favorites. It's new, immaculate, tastefully decorated, and welcoming. The kitchen/living room area is spacious with an extra large kitchen island and a comfortable sectional. Our kids have some food allergies so we cooked all our meals in the well-stocked kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms-a master with a king bed and private bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom, and a third bedroom with a queen bed and a triple bunk bed. There's a third bathroom as well. Our kids loved sleeping in a different bed every night. The grill was a nice touch, and we used that as well. There are many homey touches that made our stay more convenient and enjoyable-a large bean bag chair to lounge on, beach towels to borrow, tons of board games to play, a washer and dryer to do laundry, and soft throw blankets to cozy up with. The owner was great to work with and when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the front door, he responded to my husband's text within 10 minutes to give us the code for the door to the garage. Don't hesitate to book a stay here! You won't be sorry!
