The Space:

The spacious corner unit is accessible from the first level of the building but sits above grade on the Wood Road side facing North, with a valley view. Ensuite primary bathroom, guest bathroom with bathtub and full well equipped kitchen. Living room has a queen pull-out sofa. Ideal for your family!



Guest Access:

Guests will use the DOOR app (formerly Latch) to access all doors in the building. The app allows access directly from your phone and will require emails for all individual users. Door access will be requested prior to check-in.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Snowmass Base Village, the building sits between Wood Road, Viceroy hotel, and is within an easy walking distance to retail and restaurants in the heart of the Village. Guests are also able to access the state-of-the-art SBV Fitness Center in the neighboring One Snowmass West building.



Getting Around:

Ski-In access is via Bridges slope directly to the building. To Ski-Out, take Bridges to the Assay Hill chair lift.



If traveling within Snowmass Village, guests can ride the free, year-round Snowmass Village Shuttle. For real time schedules and to schedule on-demand rides, download the Snowmass Village Shuttle app.



If traveling to Aspen or Down Valley, the property is a short walk away from the RFTA transit center which provides free, year-round routes to Aspen and Down Valley. Traveling between Snowmass Village and Aspen is free, easy, and convenient regardless of the season. RFTA buses depart from the Snowmass Mall bound for the Rubey Park Station in downtown Aspen daily. Other Things to Note:

Each unit gets one free, covered parking spot (unassigned, first come, first served) in the EPL garage, If parking is not possible, The Snowmass Public Parking Garage is available.

One ski locker is available per unit, please, don't bring the equipment inside the apartment.
