Welcome to our little oasis! A place you can truly come to rest.
2BD/1BR Modern, Private, Comfortable and Spacious - Guest Home.
We're 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the heart of Seattle. Just minutes from Redondo waterfront. You'll enjoy walks in the evening breeze and sunset gazing beauty. Conveniently close to different hospital - medical facilities, a variety of shopping centers, and many beautiful hikes. You won't regret staying with us.

The space
This house just 2 minutes away from exit off of I-5 freeway. This unit is not shared with the main big house but it’s on the same gated lot. You have all the privacy you need! It is gated and fenced all around.
It’s newly built, bright, cozy, clean and well maintained. It is 2bd/1bath. Fully stocked with kitchen items and everything else you’ll need. Comfortably fits 4 guests. Sofa could be reclined and fit additional 2 guest if needed.
Guest access
Guests can park their car (if any) in designated parking spot next to the building.
Other things to note
No smoking.
No Pets.
No Guests over night or Parties! You will be evicted & charged if you host a party.
Preferably remove shoes inside the house.
