Wonderful Vacation! 5 stars across the board for this property for communication, cleanliness, location, space & functionality of the home. (1)Communication - Very quick and easy, they have an on-line site with everything you could ask and even videos on how to operate things. (2)Functionality - House built with families in mind. If you've skied with kids, they will walk all over the place with snowy boots. The huge mud room is great space for multiple people at once to take off boots, gloves/ snowy gear. The ski boot dryer was fantastic! Also there are baskets to separate everyone's things. They also did the same thing in the lower level where you go out to the hot tub, big mud room, with the washer & dryer to throw towels & wet suits in when you come out. (3) Space-Very spacious ( multi-family would fit perfectly) designed for families; main floor family /adult area with open kitchen, table for 8 or more, seating area and cozy fireplace. 2nd floor has 2 master bedrooms each with full bath. The downstairs is perfect for kids, nice size den to chill in, 2 bedrooms; 1 with bunk beds, other a double/Queen if your kids are young and you want an adult downstairs -or for older kids, ( mine 13) their own space. (4) Location- 10 min drive or less to Sunday River & restaurants. Also the hot tub was clean and great after a chilly day on the mountain. Overall very pleased with our stay and would visit again!
