With unlimited high speed WIFI, garage parking, and central A/C provided for your convenience, you won`t have to look any further for your accommodation needs. You`ll be steps away from the best restaurants, grocery stores, and downtown shopping Invermere has to offer. Plus, you`re just a stone throw away from Kinsman Beach and Taynton Bay Spirits, where you can soak up stunning views of the area!

The living room features a 43” Smart TV with a premium cable package The large sectional will give you tons of room to sit the whole family. The gas fire place nestled into the corner is sure to help you cuddle up and watch a show or challenge friends or family to some board games

Kitchen
This is a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals!
Comes with:
– Plenty of Pots/Pans/Platters/Bowls for large meals.
– Baking Sheets and other Baking tools

The back patio is where you will be able to soak in the gorgeous views of the valley. This patio is covered and is one of the true highlights of the property. Sitting out here and enjoying a morning coffee is amazing. Don`t be surprised if you have deer paying you a visit throughout the day.

The front patio looks out over the parking lot and is an excellent place to soak in some rays later in the day.

Laundry:
There is a washer and dryer available for your use. You will find them downstairs. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied.

Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.

● Incredible golfing amongst the mountains: If golfing is your game or even if you think you’d like to try your hand at swinging the clubs, there’s truly no better place than Invermere. When you stay with us, you’ll be close to some of Canada’s most renowned courses, such as Copper Point Golf Club, Eagle Ranch Resort and famed Grey Wolf Golf Club, all within a short driving distance.

● Kinsmen Beach (2 mins): Plan a beach day at this beautiful outdoor space, where you can swim, paddle or boat surrounded by the mountains. There’s also space to picnic and burn off some energy at the children’s playground. Plenty of parking is available.

● The Farmer’s Market: Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at the Invermere Farmer’s market.

● Radium Hot Springs (17 mins): In less than 20 minutes, you can be at Radium’s famous natural hot springs. Here you can plan to head over with the family and experience soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

● The Whiteway (2 mins): If you’re visiting during the winter, do not miss out on experiencing The Whiteway - a 30km multi-use trail groomed for cross country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records. You can find an access point at Windermere Beach and Kinsmen Beach.

You can walk to downtown Invermere in a few minutes and be around some of the best restaurants in the Valley!

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 8 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Sorry, no pets of any kind are allowed.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

Can’t beat the location and it was so quiet here. Everything was walking distance. The property was incredibly clean and stocked with everything you could need. We loved having the third room in case the kids argued over who had top bunk, lol. Great communication from property managers and check in and check out was seamless. We come to Invermere atleast once a year and our car was totalled in last year’s wind storm so having the garage gave us peace of mind, too. Looking forward to our next stay.

Family getaway

Nice getaway with extended family, wish we had an extra shower room. The upstairs main bedroom had one heating vent with no air coming out, but we were warm enough. Great access to downtown and very clean.

Great location

This property is exactly as advertised and the location is right in the heart of all the activities that we had planned. The vacation home had room for all adults and easily accommodated the baby with our group. Communication was responsive and answered all of our inquiries politely.Would definitely stay here again!

Ski trip

Thanks for the great townhouse. Very good choice and comfortable. Close to the ski shuttle and all shopping amenities. Only issue we had was the thermostat controller was not operating well and the furnace fan ran all the time. We will book the unit again.

Nice place

This was a nice property and overall cleanliness was great, just a few minor things I’d comment on - one being that they rave about having two balconies but maybe give an accurate representation of what they overlook (ie. overlooking someone’s dumpy yard, and the construction zone right next door). There was zero Kleenex at all in the residence, and please don’t put “blackout”blinds for the bedrooms (nice blinds but 100% not blackout) - this just sets parents up for failure when bringing infants/small children. All in all though the property was a nice place and close to all amenities.
