At the front door, enjoy a cup of coffee in the garden. The first living room is directly inside to the left, with the bunkroom to the right. Adjacent is the downstairs bathroom and Queen bedroom. The primary King bedroom is up the stairs, and the second bathroom also contains a jetted tub. Around the corner is the fully stocked kitchen which flows to the indoor atrium and second living room and dining space. Beyond the atrium is the King bedroom carriage house. And to the left is the quaint workout space leading to the back patio with seating, bbq, and cornhole.

Although this property is perfect for entertaining, for liability purposes, only registered guests are allowed after quiet hours. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Flagstaff takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.
