Nice well appointed condo in a very nice area. Would definitely stay here again. The only negative, and it was minor, was a slight musty smell whenever we entered the property after being outside for awhile.

The location was great. Condo very clean and had everything we needed. Fuse blew in the kitchen and it was fixed same day. Very attentive hosts.

Rent an upstairs unit if you are a light sleeper

The property is nice enough although it could use some deep cleaning. The porch table was very dirty and the porch was full of old cobwebs. The walls are paper thin so we could hear the people in the unit above us. Jennifer in the office was rude and told me to not be hateful when I informed her she had 5 hours (until my daughter went to bed) to have someone come over to change the code on the lock to the cabin. After another family walked into our cabin and I contacted the office to have the code changed on the front door lock, Jennifer informed me that the property management company does not change the code after each checkout! She told me it would take a long time to have someone come and change the code; it took 15 minutes! Also, what isn’t clear from the photos is that cabin A where we stayed overlooks the busy parking lot for Cool River Tubing company. The parking lot is very busy between 10 am - 6 pm, and is open until 10 pm.One of the 2 bedrooms does not have a closet in which you can hang up clothes on hangers.The cabin is located near shops, activities, and restaurants and is therefore convenient if one doesn’t want to drive every day.I will not be staying here again nor will I recommend it to friends and family who would like to visit Helen.

The stay was an awesome stay! Everything was very clean, nice, and very comfortable! The communication was excellent and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again for my next time in Helen.

Cute Town / Great Location

We had a great time and the accommodations were perfect for us. Location is close but not too close to the main hub of the town. Definitely walkable town if you enjoy and/or a 3 minute ride. Will be coming back!

Weekend Getaway

My best friend and I were looking for a place to go to celebrate our 60th birthdays and settled on Helen, GA. I made the reservation for this place on VRBO and will say that it was a perfect choice. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The unit was immaculately clean, was in a great location within easy walking distance to the shops in Helen. Our only issue was that the guests in the unit directly above us were very heavy walkers with children that liked to jump and run inside. We contacted the rental company and they reached out to the guests - the second night was much quieter. The private porch was very nice and if we ever find ourselves back in Helen, GA, we would definitely rent from them again (only this time we would choose the top floor unit).

Close to town

Nice place. Only thing was you can hear everything from floor above from all the walking/stomping around till all hours of the night from main bedroom along with squeaking floor everytime someone walked in corner. Shower hot and cold valve reversed. Plus low water pressure in shower in master bed. Beds very hard.

The place was cute, cozy, comfortable, clean and located in the heart of Helen. The response to questions were very timely and checking in and out was seamless. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Weekend Getaway

The property was in walking distances of the main attractions which was a perk. Property was exceptionally clean and beds were comfortable. Our only complaint was the lights outside of each bedroom made sleeping challenging.
