Este condominio de esquina cuenta con dos dormitorios y dos baños completos. El dormitorio principal incluye un baño privado con ducha / bañera, y el segundo baño tiene una gran ducha a ras de suelo. Less than desirable unfortunately. There was major construction going on all over the property. Very little warning before our stay. Outside the room, above us and next to us. We couldn’t really even stay in our place for very long because it was so loud. Also, was not thrilled with the furnishings. They were dirty, very worn, or old. I just think for what we paid it should have been a little better taken care of. Also, smoke detector batteries needed to be replaced so in the middle of the night we were woken up to that fun sound. All in all, I wouldn’t stay there again sadly.

This is a beautiful beach property with everything you need to enjoy the beach. The pool was very clean and warm for a little cooler weather during are stay. The convenient store across from the property is a wonderful bonus also!!

The complex offers an on site cafe that is great for breakfast/lunch options as well as a beach bar on site. Other dining options and entertainment is about a 20 minute walk in either direction. There are two pools and beach access. The space is well furnished for a group get away. We did have issues with the hot water but they came first thing in the morning to attempt repair and moved us to a new unit when it was not a quick fix.

I was debating if I should share this but then I tought that no other family should go through the same horror we went through our first night.Our first night we came back in from a very nice dinner to find a large cockroach roaming our kitchen. And then there was an other one and then 56 total of them that night. There were in the bathroom and kitchen mostly but found some in the kids bedroom too. My little one got traumatized as one crawled onto his shoulder. Let me tell you, there was no sleep that night. I text the ITrip team and they did what was necessary. The united was treated the next day and after that we would see only a few per day. If it was not fro Liz from ITrip responding so quickly we would have left. The unit it self has what one needs to survive. Definitely needs new carpets and new chair covers. The kitchen was very clean. Had nice plates and glasses but needs new pans. Bedding sheets were clean but just the carpets In the bedrooms is very old. The laundry was working great but needs cleaning around it. Beside the unit and pest issue , everything else was great. The beach, people, lots of restaurants was absolutely amazing. Hope this helps with improving the unit and knowing that the pest issue exists to keep up with treatments to avoid an other nightmare.

Amazing

The view was amazing the rooms were clean. 2 minute drive to John’s pass. The beach was so nice also. There was a small restaurant on site that says they have the best Cuban sandwich on the beach and it was no lie!

Girl's Trip

I was pleasantly surprised at the condo, I felt it was in very good condition. Was nice to have a door code and not have to mess with a key or checking in and out at the front desk. The cleaning company could take a little more time in the bathrooms, was alot of hair on shower walls and floor of shower. Otherwise rest of condo very clean. It would be nice to have a few extra things in the kitchen area: Ziploc Bags or tupperware with some lids to use. I understand only having a few rolls of toilet paper to start with but a few more garbage bags would have been nice too. I did purchase some hand soap bottles for the bathrooms, there were two round very small bar soaps to be used for hands all week. Minor things but things that can make a stay a little easier. I had a quick question and owner was very responsive. I do feel the property itself could have been a bit more transparent about the repairs that were happening and the things that were closed. The ice cream shack (one of the reasons I chose this property) was closed, the tiki bar was partially open sometimes (another reason for choosing the property) I am completely understanding that I chose an area recently hit by hurricanes, and I wouldn't have expected everything to be perfect but again being honest and up front about the repairs/damage would have been appreciated. Regardless, I would have no problem booking this resort again in the future, the same unit as well:))

Comfortable Stay

Very comfortable, great location and access to beach front and local attractions. Towels for batn were brand new, never washed so did not dry well and lint was everywhere so had to use beach towels instead. Needs a deep clean around door knobs, handles and bathroom fixtures. New carpet in order as well.

Functional condo

This condo is much as pictured, a very basic older condo experience. The floors were marginally clean, bare feet got dirty just walking inside. The carpet is very worn. Closet handles were very dirty like they never get wiped, and some spills were evident on other doors. The main BR bathroom has some age and use damage but is functional. The second bath sink has been upgraded but strangely the only way to use the sink drain is to reach way under the sink cabinet. The kitchen is averagely well equipped, the basics were mostly there although knives were very dull and most dishware was a mixed collection. Beds were comfortable and linens clean. The second BR would benefit from additional blinds or light blocking curtain, exterior lighting bleeds through the thin curtain at night. We stayed about 6 weeks after hurricane Milton so were forgiving of the pool being closed and only having one elevator working for the entire building, but that did impact our stay. Management was willing to give us some of our cost back for the inconvenience. Management was also very responsive when we discovered there was no hot water. Had a service person over the next morning with good communications on his arrival, problem was fixed quickly. There are a few beach toys, chairs and towels provided which is a nice touch. There is notable road noise for this unit, even with doors closed. Overall it suited our basic needs and the price was fair. The lack of cleanliness is an easy fix.

Treasure island family vacation

Amazing! The property and hosts were incredible. The condo was very clean and ready for our family to enjoy as soon as we arrived. The view was beautiful, I watched the sunrise every morning from our private balcony! Even though our trip was cut short by hurricane Helene we still had an amazing time in treasure island! The host was very helpful, accommodating, and made everything go smoothly, including keeping us updated on the local situation with the storm. I would highly recommend this condo and host to anyone looking for a nice getaway in treasure island!!!

Wonderful stay

From emails, directions and getting in the door all the way through to check out were seamless. Place was very nice and clean and the side balcony provided us with a beach view even from the street side of the building

Review of 501S condo

Very clean, paint was in good condition. Location to neach very good. Only shortcomings: Bathrooms needing remodeling, outdated, but they were very clean. Furniture needs replacement and needs a recliner. TVs are small but functional. But, besides needing some refreshing, the condo was a 4 out of 5. Would stay again.

Nice Visit to Treasure Island

Location was excellent, beach was beautiful. Pool area was nice, nothing fancy but seemed well kept. Small bar next to pool, bartender super sweet. Condo had beautiful view of the gulf. The second balcony on the ad is a little misleading as it just overlooks the road and you really cannot see the bay. Master bedroom was nice, comfortable bed. Second room was extremely small, no space to even open a suitcase aside from laying it on the bed. Beach chairs and the four beach towels available were a plus. Condo definitely showing signs of wear, knob to laundry kept falling off, blinds need installed throughout, limited utensils, bed sheets in master were pilling/itchy, and the carpet should be removed from second room. Overall we were happy with our stay and would stay again but do think there is room for small improvements at this unit to make it more comfortable/welcoming. If you tend to be picky, this unit might not be for you.

Nice, but needs a deep clean

This place suited our needs, but needs a deep clean and some attention to details. The baseboards, floors, doors and furniture are just dirty and grimy. You can visible see dirt and dust on all the doors, baseboards and floors. There is carpet in the bedrooms which I am just not a fan of at carpet at the beach, but we just wore shoes most of the time. Upon arrival, the unit smelled like cigarette smoke. We opened the doors to air it out and the smell dissipated after a few hours. The first few days we heard a random whistling sound. It took a few days, but we discovered it was coming to the sliding glass door that didn't have a tight seal. Anytime the wind would blow you would hear an annoying high pitched whistle. The property was nice with a pretty courtyard and small green area. The pool was gross. It had a oily film along the top and lots of dirt, leaves and debris floating around. The company was very communicative and responsive to our needs and quickly came to fix the door once we figure that out. This place meet our needs and I think with a good deep clean I would stay here again.
