Winter Park Citrus Escape; sleeps 8, relaxing pool, family & pet friendly
Welcome to Winter Park Citrus Escape! Our cozy 6-bed home (sleeps 8) is perfect for families and friends seeking a relaxing Florida vacation. As soon as you step inside, you'll feel at home in our tastefully decorated and fully equipped property.
Our living room features a comfortable sofa and recliner, a large 70” smart flat-screen TV, and a record player, perfect for creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Above the record player is our interactive vinyl wall art, where guests can choose from a variety of records to play and enjoy during their stay. Additionally, there is a personal desk workspace available for guests who need to catch up on work or stay connected with loved ones.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your family and friends. We also provide magnet blocks and duplos for the little ones to play with, keeping them entertained while you prepare meals.
Each of our three bedrooms is charmingly decorated and offers comfortable beds and plenty of natural light, creating a peaceful and restful retreat. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a private master bathroom, providing a luxurious and private experience. The second bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the third bedroom has two twin-size beds, perfect for children or friends. Additionally, we have a trundle bed in the dining room that converts into two twin-size beds for extra sleeping space.
Entertainment options are plentiful, with a ping pong table, foosball table, and board games for guests of all ages. Our private pool is perfect for cooling off on hot Florida days, and the comfortable lounge chairs offer the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. We also have a screened-in covered back patio with comfortable patio furniture, providing an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails while taking in the beautiful Florida weather.
Located in the delightful Winter Park neighborhood, our property is just a short drive from all the best attractions that Central Florida has to offer, including theme parks, shopping, dining, and outdoor adventures.

**NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION**
This Eastbrook pool home is found within a safe working class neighborhood centrally located in East Winter Park just off 436 between Aloma and Howell Branch Road. This getaway provides easy access to Casselberry, Maitland, Altamonte Springs, Oviedo, Lake Mary and Orlando areas. It is one hour away from Daytona, New Smyrna and Cocoa Beaches. Less than one hour drive to Port Canaveral cruise port, and 30-45 minutes to theme parks including Disney World, Universal Studios and Seaworld. It is a convenient drive to Winter Park hospitals, urgent care facilities, Full Sail, and UCF. Walmart, Publix, Costco, Sam's club, Target, and many restaurants and retail stores are all within a 5-10 minute drive. Orlando airport is about 15-20 minutes away.
**OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS**
EARLY CHECK-IN
Ask us if early check-in is available for your stay. If so, it is $20 per hour.
LATE CHECK OUT
Check-out time is at 10am. Should you wish to extend your stay beyond this time, we offer the option to pay an additional fee of $25 per hour in advance. In the event that you exceed this time, a late check-out fee of $25 per hour will be applied. This helps us manage our cleaning schedule efficiently and ensures a seamless experience for our guests
PETS
There is a required pet fee of $40. Please clean up after your pet. A pet waste station is located in the backyard with waste bags and a small trash can to dispose of their waste.
POOL & POOL SERVICE
Pool towels are located inside the patio coffee table.
We have a weekly pool service that maintains the pool including, skimming, vacuuming, and balancing the chemicals (it’s a chlorine pool).
They typically come Tuesdays or Wednesdays no more than 30min.
Pool rules are posted on the side of the house as well as in the listing photos.
*Please note: our pool dose not have a screen enclosure, so you may see leaves in the water. There is a pool net you’re welcome to use if needed. We also do not have a child safety fence. PLEASE WATCH YOUR CHILDREN AROUND THE POOL.
YARD SERVICE
The landscapers come every 1-2 weeks depending on the plant growth. Usually their day is Wednesday.
TRASH & RECYCLE
If you feel inclined to take out the trash for the city to pick up, this is the trash schedule:
Tuesday: trash and recycle
Wednesday: Yard waste
Friday: trash and bulk pickup
SECURITY CAMERAS
We have 4 security cameras outside of the house, no cameras inside.
3 cameras are in the front, one monitors the front of the property from the street, the second monitors the street and driveway, the third monitors the front door.
1 camera is behind the back fence monitoring behind the property (this camera doesn’t look at the backyard or pool area). All devices record video and audio when motion is detected 24/7. Tampering with the cameras will cause a cancellation of your stay.
Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns about the security cameras.
FLORIDA WILDLIFE
We love Florida living and all that comes with it....even the wildlife. Guests should keep in mind we share our environment with a variety of wildlife here in Florida including insects (ants, mosquitoes, cockroaches, palmetto bugs), reptiles (lizards, geckos, frogs), birds and more. While we do have regular pest control, you may see some of these friends during your stay. Keeping doors & windows closed and keeping food stored & sealed properly are ways to ensure a little lizard or other friend won't come in =•)
