Dane was an amazing host. He was very helpful and accommodating and completely made the entire stay stress free. Beautiful views, clean spacious place, and a highly sought after parking spot leaves nothing but praise for this place. We were here for our honeymoon and we HIGHLY recommend this stay!!!

This unit and its host Dane deserve 5 stars. Great communcation and flexibility. The unit is super clean and well equipped, including even an in-unit washer and dryer. GREAT VIEWS from its 31st floor panoramic windows.The elevators are fast. And PARKING is included! Lots of conveniences and historic Chinatown and Iolani Palace are in easy walking distance.

Great place to stay

We rented this apartment for 10 days and 100% would book again. The view is spectacular especially at night. It was clean and well stocked. Dane was super helpful and responsive. He made the check in and checkout process easy. The fact that it comes with a parking spot was also a huge bonus!

Nice condo in downtown Honolulu

The condo was as advertised. It was clean and nicely updated. The location is close to the airport and the views are nice. Dane was good to deal with and I would stay here again.

Stop looking and book this place!!! It has every amenity you can think of from parking to a full kitchen to laundry, even pool towels! The views are amazing, the location is great and near everything, and the building is very secure. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place.

Wonderful Experience!

I am so grateful for a great experience with this spacious condo. It is so beautifully maintained. The views through the floor to ceiling windows were stunning. Loved the location and free parking is a plus. Dane was very responsive! Highly recommend.

A gem in downtown Honolulu

The apartment is certainly dated but very cleaned. The view is amazing. It has the best utensils in the kitchen, the sharpest knife I ever used at a VRBO if you care to cook. The host Dana was very responsive to our questions and needs. We had a great experience staying at this property.

Amazing Condo in Downtown Honolulu

We had an amazing time on our trip to Oahu. Dane was awesome. He helped us get settled in and showed us around the building. He helped us find our parking spot, how to find the pool (two different elevators), and we had plenty of supplies in the condo for our stay. The views from this unit are amazing!

Magnificent views

Pictures never really show the true beauty of this place. The views from the living room and bedroom are breath taking. The place is not overly Hawaiian touristy decorated. It is more of an understated, calming place to stay. It had everything i needed for a comfortable break from working all day long. Good options for food are close by, Safeway is up the road... it was an idyllic place for me.

Enjoy downtown Honolulu.

I enjoyed being on the 31st floor with great views and getting to know the culture of the surrounding downtown area. A nice change from Waikiki. Including a parking slot, which was not as narrow as described by others. Had no problems. The place is fully equipped with everything needed, including vacuum cleaner and essentials. The refrigerator was a bit noisy and could use a new fan in the freezer. Air conditioning worked great. I enjoyed the pool which is set up for swimming laps

Excellent service

Highly recommend this property. The property checked all my boxes of expectations. The property manager was extremely helpful and kind. He allowed us late check out at no extra cost, which was a big plus because our flight was late at night. Very well thought out set of kitchen tools to have on hand. Clean beddings and towels. Property very clean, well maintained, spectacular views and very close to amenities. Will definitely book again. Thanks a lot Dane! God bless.

Nice unit with a few flaws

The unit is spacious, clean, and has great views. The location is good, if you want to be downtown; Chinatown, museums and historic sights are within easy walking distance. The parking space is narrow, next to a wall. I'd suggest compact cars only. To get to the space, you have to wind around six floors. The refrigerator is old, noisy and runs a lot. Ditto for the bath fan..

Great Urban Location

The condo was exactly as represented. It is located downtown, with amazing 31st floor city and mountain views, including night lights. The unit is spacious for 2. Parking is in a lot at the building. There are a few casual restaurants and a Honolulu Coffee within a block. If you want the beach, you will need to drive, but Waikiki is only a few minutes away, and access to other beaches (e.g. Hanauma Bay) is not far by car (but Hawaii requires advance reservations). The Iolani Palace is a short walk. The manager Dane is great, easy to reach and very responsive to any requests.

My husband and I visit Honolulu regularly, and this apartment is the best place I've ever stayed. The apartment was super clean and well furnished with all the comforts of home, including numerous kitchen appliances, seasonings and spices, and the sharpest knives ever! The kitchen and bathroom supplies are numerous and of the highest quality. Plenty of closet space. Having a parking space included is a great perk; parking in Waikiki can cost $25-$40/night. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the bedroom and living area afford great views of the harbor and mountains. Dane thought of everything to make the stay comfortable, and he was so responsive when we had questions when booking and during our stay. I'm definitely staying here again (and again) when I return to Hawaii.

Downtown Experience

We enjoyed our stay at the Executive Center. It took a bit to figure out exactly where it was, but once in it's a breeze. Dane does a good job explaining the check-in process, but it's still a little confusing coming in the first time. My advice is to just park right in front and put your hazards on. It's a "no parking" zone, but just do it...others do. Dane will tell you to do it. We were hesitant at first, but after going around the block a couple times my husband stayed in the car while I ran inside. We liked walking the neighborhood and checking out the nooks and crannies between all of the tall financial buildings. From the harbor and Chinatown, to a farmer's market pop-up, and the Paris Baguette bakery--so much to see. We also enjoyed finding coffee shops (not all are open on the weekend though) and our favorite was a little place called "Downtown Coffee." We were in town for a college baseball weekend, so much of our time was spent at the field and down in Waikiki. While it was fun to be down by the beach, it was SO crowded. Coming back to the Executive Center each night was peaceful and relaxing. The unit has a great view, too.

Pool and hot tub were fabulous. Apartment was nice but shows some wear and tear with kitchen cupboard doors needing to be fixed more securely. There was only a minimal amount of silverware but an adequate supply of dishes. Communication with the owner was excellent and providing us with a late check out was greatly appreciated.
