Being an Art Coast Property, guests of Manor on Meadow have access to round-the-clock guest support. Simply give us a ring and we are there to assist!

South Haven is a quaint beach town alive with culture and history! Walk the cute Key-West-style boardwalk along the Black River, stopping for snacks and drinks as you make your way along the water. Check out the Michigan Maritime Museum for cool facts about the region's storied past as a shipping stronghold. Boutique shops and restaurants to suit every taste line the streets of the vibrant downtown, and many green spaces and parks offer places to rest or play. Just a short drive from town, the surrounding region offers many local breweries and wineries!

For outdoor lovers, check out the Kal-Haven Trail, very near Manor on Meadow, for exercise, sunshine and more views of the Black River. If sand and waves are more your thing, Newcome Beach is only a 15-minute walk or a 3-minute golf cart ride away, or you can reach North Beach or Deerlick Creek Park within 10 minutes. South Haven truly has a fun activity to suit every taste!

This Harbor Club Community home offers resort-like amenities and all the comforts of home! Outdoor lounge seating with a dining table and grill offers evenings under the stars. An open-concept living space with hardwood floors and original local art (available for purchase to take home with you!) offers a versatile area to cook, play games, visit with loved ones, or watch a movie. Four cozy bedrooms featuring plush high-end linens and two and a half bathrooms stocked with our luxury artisan bath products will make you feel rested, pampered, and ready to take advantage of the plethora of entertainment options available to you! The bright and cheerful sunroom is an excellent bonus space, perfect for relaxing with a hot beverage from our locally sourced coffee and tea bar. Take to the Arcade Room where you will find a classic arcade game console featuring all the classics, pop-a-shot, board games, and high-top bar seating so spectators can sit in!

Meander through this desirable area to the Community Clubhouse, where you can hang out with your group, and then head to the Marina for boats, paddle boards, golf carts, beach gear, and a fun, family-friendly pool!

Enjoy the gorgeous indoor pool and hot tub! This is open year-round and is the perfect getaway for those winter months!

South Haven is nestled in the sweet spot of West Michigan, under a 30 minute drive to Holland to the north and Benton Harbor to the south. Even closer, you'll find the darling destination of sister cities Saugatuck and Douglas, which are full of art and culture. Other easy drives will take you to numerous state parks, beaches, wineries, and family entertainment options.

The Harbor Club Community has an outdoor pool and marina as well as an indoor pool and bathhouse with a hot tub! The indoor pool is open year-round and is the perfect amenity for the colder months!

Manor on Meadow is currently in the process of transforming the garage into a 4-season game room! There will be pop-a-shot, arcade games, board games, and high-top seating!

As much as we love our pets, we are unable to accommodate our furry friends here.

Cancellation Policy: We hope you never need to cancel your time away, but in the event that you do, guests are advised that any cancellation prior to 30 days will result in a $149 processing fee or 3.9% of the total reservation, whichever is greater. Cancellations between 14-30 days prior arrival date will result in a 50% forfeiture of total reservation plus $149 processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival date will result in a 100% forfeiture of the total reservation. Our Cancellation Policy may vary slightly from policies listed on third party booking platforms and will supersede the cancellation policies listed on those platforms. We recommend securing your trip with a travel insurance company should the need to cancel your reservation occur outside of the allotted window. (this is applicable for VRBO, Bookingdotcom, and Direct Bookings)
