CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Condo was great. There was a problem with the door from one bedroom into the bath but that was the only issue. Loved it!

Checked in to purchase the parking pass and was informed that the pool would be closed for our entire stay. Entered the condo and the smell of mold and mildew was very strong. The bathroom in the first bedroom on the right has visible mold in the drywall around the shower. Beds had very old spring mattresses that creaked with every move. And exterior construction on the building began our first morning at 8:30 and continued all day for our entire stay. Concrete was being chiseled off the building with pneumatic chisels, the noise was deafening inside the condo, not even the beach was an escape from it. We were never informed of the construction or pool closure prior to our visit.

Very nice place with a patio to enjoy the ocean. The mullet were running along the beach and we saw a few dolphins.All 3 rooms had firm king sized beds. The decor was Mediterranean and tastefully done. The pool is very nice too!

Super nice and just as described.

We stayed for a week and found the property to be excellent. Clean with everything you might want. Beds were a little firm and the sliding door was extremely hard to open but other than that, very pleased with stay.

July 4th Vacation at San Carlos Resort

The patio door in the living room was EXTREMELY hard to open and close and would not completely shut, there was food that had not been vacuumed up in the carpet in the living room, & the jacuzi tub had not been cleaned. All other rooms and bathrooms were very clean! The resort property was clean, the security guard was extremely polite and helpful, and the resort was in a very good location! Overall, my family enjoyed our stay.

Every day people came to fix things from the condominium, they left machines everywhere that were turned on and made a lot of noise and the air conditioning didn't work. The condo is old, the carpet is durty

Filthy, moldy, disgusting

This place should not be listed to rent until major issues are addressed. There was mold in 2 of the 3 bathrooms, living room area. Floor was dirty, humidity inside the condo was high constantly. The place had a dingy/dirty smell whenever you walked in. The fridge ice maker wasn’t working/ nor gave water which we would not in anyway use to drink. We needed water for ice coolers for baseball to keep our drinks cold until use. Dust was all over the vents, and top areas which was a big sign of not being cleaned throughout. The area above the master shower was falling apart and you could see the drywall and tape used. If you didn’t put a towel down in the shower you would slip cause everything got wet, which myself and my little one fell. Thankfully we weren’t hurt but we learned to put towels down which in turn had me constantly washing and drying. Thank go the washer and dryer seems new and worked pretty well. The A/C worked and the view was ok. But the fan in master bedroom did not go past the first setting. Had services come in and clean but still couldn’t get the humidity out the air inside the condo, nor the feeling of un cleanliness inside the place before. Also was unable to get relocated due to being there for a baseball tournament and no places available through the liquid life services in the area where we needed to be. the parking lot is not big enough so you will find yourself either waiting or parking across street every night.
