Pre-visit planning went flawlessly with excellent communication with host. Home is gorgeous and everything was as promised. You get the best of both worlds with fantastic location close to shopping and entertainment. Highly recommend!

Great house on the lake!

We loved staying here. The house was very well stocked and is situated nicely for multiple families to stay. We loved the lawn area and swimming off the dock. There were plenty of kayaks and paddle boards to enjoy. We brought bicycles and rode on the amazing island line trail. The host was very responsive to any question we had. I would highly recommend this house.

Ski Trip

Awesome experience, great spot with beautiful views. It was a nice quick trip to get into town, and an easy 45 min drive to Stowe. All around good time.

We had the most fabulous stay at this lake house! We were there for a family vacation with grandparents and young adult grandkids and there were so many things to do without leaving the lake. We kayaked, paddle boarded, spent time in the hot tub, and lounging on the floating dock under the gazebo. The kitchen is well-appointed with utensils and assorted spices. The lake is clean and very swimmable and Jim, the host, was very responsive during our planning and stay. We highly recommend a stay here!

Winter getaway

Jim was a wonderful host and extremely quick to respond to all communications. The house was so clean and exactly as described. Convenient location to get into downtown Burlington. Would love to come back in the summertime especially with its location right on the lake!

Wonderful home on Lake Champlain

This home is maticulously maintained and well supplied with all you will need for a vacation on the Lake. Host was very attentive and accommodating. Highly recommend this home. It was a wonderful experience.

Worth it

The house had everything we could have wanted in a vacation rental and more. The house/lake is beautiful and as pictured. The kitchen was fully stocked which was really helpful with cooking for a big group. The host was very responsive and helped us with something we requested in less than 30 minutes. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Wonderful stay on beautiful property

The property was gorgeous. There was plenty of space to accommodate a large group (10 people) with a great kitchen for making meals at home. The back patio looks out on the lake and is in a very peaceful area. Our party was impressed and comfortable throughout, making use of the pool table, hot tub, dock and great view. The host was very responsive both before and during the stay. We had a lot of requirements and needed some extra details to make sure the house was suitable for our group, and the host was very accommodating and helpful. All our needs were met and we had a great time.

Jim is THE BEST host

The property is absolutely beautiful and so clean! The pictures don’t even touch the surface of how amazing the property is. As for Jim, what a guy! He made the stay even better, starting with a smooth check-in, to providing directions, and even checking in with me a few weeks leading up to the trip - he is the best host I’ve had! Thank you again Jim for making our stay so special. 5+ stars!!

Family Vacation

The house was absolutely perfect for what we needed for the week - having our big family vacation Lakeside. There was plenty of room for everyone in the house, especially with a big group of all ages. The paddle boards and kayaks were hit for the entire week! The bugs were a little rough, but that comes with being on the water. We had ! The bugs we’re a little rough, but that comes with being on the water. We had such a great week and hope to make this an annual trip!

A group of 9 of us do an annual trip every year in November and this was our 7th year. The space was perfect for a group of our size and close enough to both Stowe (for a day trip) and downtown Burlington for day and night fun. We also spent a ton of time at the house playing games, watching tv, and hanging out in the hot tub. Would recommend to anyone!
