Very comfortable and spacious place. Train did not disrupt our sleep whatsoever. Appreciated there were books for our toddler to read! My only suggestion is having more basic cooking items in the kitchen like olive oil, or other cooking oils. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a great stay! Home is updated, very clean and spacious! The garage is a nice bonus but if you have a really big vehicle it may not fit. Mine barely fit and it’s an Audi Q8 for reference. There’s also a lot of stairs as the bedrooms are on separate floors which was fine for me but I didn’t realize until I arrive there were 2 full flights of stairs to take luggage up if using the 3rd floor.One other thing to note is there is a train close by that can be loud at night so my noise/sound machine I brought was super helpful. My son slept below on 2nd floor and didn’t hear it at all but I was on top 3rd floor and could hear it but sound machine fixed the issue.Wanted to note there is a ceiling fan in 3nd floor bedroom but not 2nd floor bedroom so might bring a fan. I was glad I did.Matt was super helpful and responsive and overall we had a wonderful stay! Perfect place if your group prefers to be spread out

Weekend stay

We stayed for a lacrosse tournament, the location was great to the fields and all local attractions. Check in and communication was great!

AMAZING

We had the best time! This was truly one of the nicest places we have stayed! It was a wonderful location close to so many things! Matt was so kind and was very easy to communicate with! The house was beautiful and very clean! And I’m a stickler for cleanliness! Overall would definitely recommend this to anyone! My kids loved it as well!

Family Vacation

We had a great stay with our daughter, son in law, and 9 month old grandson. This a great place to stay with a little one. We used the pack n play and the high chair. This is our 2nd stay here and would definitely return. We were all impressed with the cleanliness and nice furnishings.

Fantastic property and owner communication

Property is exactly as advertised and very comfortable. Customer service from the owner sets this property apart from others. Owner communicated daily and was very prompt if we had any questions. We will be back!

Weekend Getaway

Property was just as advertised and extremely comfortable. The location was very convenient to all downtown attractions as well as shops, restaurants, etc....We will be booking here again for our next trip to Chattanooga.

Moving our daughter to Chattanooga

This property was beautiful, clean, and in a fantastic location. The owner was extremely attentive and responsive. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and all of us got some of the best sleep we’ve had in awhile! The master bathroom is gorgeous with two sinks and beautiful walk in shower. This ended up being a great place to stay for a few days as we were helping move our daughter to TN. We found that the location was close to everything. I will definitely look to stay here again when we come back to visit our daughter.

Very nice condo. New street that google does not recognize. Go past the Number 10 restaurant and you are there. If getting there at night, the gatage side has no lights so very dark.

5 STAR ACCOMMODATIONS

As a General Manager of a cruise line I am often very critical when it comes to hospitality. Matt the host and his property did not disappoint! I booked this place for my wife and family since they were not able to join me on the ship and they could not stop complimenting how well maintained the home was noting that there was no amenity that was overlooked. Very Clean and Conveniently Located but with Caveats

The good: The townhouse is conveniently located near a number of good eateries and just a few minutes drive from the theater district, which was our primary destination. The rooms were reasonably well appointed, very (very!) clean, and most everything was reasonably new. Plus, there were Moon Pies! The not so good: Busy train tracks are literally a stones throw away. Thankfully the trains don't blow their horns, but the rumble and squeak is audible off and on throughout the day and night. There are also a number of odd quirks to the place that individually are no big deal but add up. Examples: curtains that don't fully cover the windows (that look across into other units), attractive but rather uncomfortable beds and seating, an odd electrical setup in the secondary bedroom (all outlets on the same switch as the overhead light, so no bedside charging in the dark). Also...this is a tall and skinny townhouse, so be prepared to get a lot of stair steps in! And maybe pack light, because hauling a heavy suitcase up 3 tall sets of stairs will be difficult for some people. The location is in an area that is clearly in the process of re-gentrification, but be aware that many of the buildings in the area have bars on the doors and windows which I found a bit disconcerting. Summary: The pics are accurate but don't make obvious the floorplan, number of stairs to climb, trains (although you can see the tracks in the drone pics), or furniture comfort level (ymmv in this dept)

FANTASTIC TIME!

I'm not sure there is enough space to review this and I would share photos if I had remembered to take them. I was warned there was construction the area but there was NO problem with noise at all. If you do not like trains, well, Chattanooga has trains and we loved it. The kitchen was very well equipped, the bathrooms had everything you would need (yup, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash!) and the linens were top notch. Plenty of space to spread out, nice deck to enjoy the fresh fall air and room on the lower floor to work if you needed to. Seriously, this place it great and would highly recommend it. We did not have any problems at all but I will say, Matt was wonderful about answering all kinds of questions (food & beverage) and was one of the best I have dealt with, and we VRBO often. Thank you Matt, we will be back!

Great location and beautiful home

We had a great stay. The pack and play was especially nice to have so that we didn’t have to pack one. We had everything we needed and the location was close to restaurants and breweries.
