Peaceful "Country Lake Oasis" with private beach directly on site!

Experience peaceful and beautiful Woodstock at its best on this gorgeous and quiet lake! No motor boats or water skis buzzing incessantly. Just the pristine lake out the back door and hiking trails out the front door almost directly across the street! Enjoy the kayak, paddle boat, and canoe in the warmer months and watching the beautiful ever-changing landscape that is the water/ice in the winter. Great spot for fishing off the cement pier, swimming, hiking and lazing about on the large deck overlooking the water. Jump off the floating dock in warmer weather. Have a fire in our fire pit! Enjoy the moon or stars and westerly sunset view. The main suite looks out over the lake. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a large window view of the water. The guest bedroom has a day bed that pulls out to two twin beds directly side by side. There is a full kitchen complete with a dishwasher, large sink, stove, oven, toaster oven, regular drip coffee machine, microwave and full fridge. A counter/table with very comfy chairs is a great place for eating and hanging out. A dedicated work space in the main room has a large wood table and comfortable chair. WI-Fi and Smart TV are provided. Full bath with tub and shower.

Additional Items: PLEASE DO NOT PARK OR DRIVE ON THE LAWN/YARD area!! That will destroy our septic system. There is plenty of parking in the driveway. It is a straight longer driveway but if you are concerned about backing out please park at the end closer to the road. You can also park under the trees to the RIGHT of the driveway. Thank you! THERE ARE NO LIFEGUARDS on duty at the area beaches or our private beach. Parental supervision is required at all times. Swimming and boating are at your own risk. We want everyone to have a safe and happy stay here! Please no diving from the cement pier or floating dock. Children must be supervised while swimming and using floating dock. Please supervise and have children wear life vests if they are not excellent swimmers. Children must be supervised and all parties must wear life jackets while in boats! Please do not use candles while indoors. NO SMOKING or parties or gatherings of 6 people or more allowed on premises. No pets please. Check in time 4:00 pm . Check out time is 11:00 AM. At least one guest on the premises must be 24 years old please. We love our neighbors!! Country Lake Oasis and the neighborhood is a quiet tranquil place. We ask that you please respect the tranquility, as sound really carries on the lake, please keep noise to a minimum as much as you can. PLEASE RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS; PARTIES NOT ALLOWED. Noise monitoring is in effect. Video monitoring is in effect outside. No moving furniture. The fireplace is NOT a working fireplace at this time. Please DO NOT attempt to light a fire in it. Please be mindful of cleaning up any water that gets on the new hardwoods so the wood doesn't warp! Thank you so much!! We appreciate it! No smoking/vaping any substance. There is a $250 fine for smoking/vaping in the premises. No unauthorized pets. There is a $250 fine per unauthorized pet. Copy of a valid driver’s license or passport for all parties over the age of 18 is required within 24 hours of booking. Contract needs to be signed and returned within 24 hours of booking. Please note we are in the country on a lake so we have a lot of wildlife, including turtles, fish, snakes (they eat toads and other wildlife and don't bother people), deer, and bugs. If you are afraid of any of those things you may not want to book here! Thank you and we can't wait to welcome you!
