The Hopewell City Marina is only 7 minutes away, as well as several beautiful and peaceful parks located at City Point Historic District, if you`re wanting go for a walk or a bike ride along the beautiful and scenic James River. Only a 7 minute drive to the popular Beacon Theatre, which quite frequently has live music! The Stodola is a warm and welcoming event venue in nearby Prince George, VA, set on a peaceful historic farm.

Parking is available for up to one vehicle in the gravel driveway. Free street parking is available for a second vehicle. Uber, Lyft and public transportation are available in this area.

Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
