This second-floor retreat offers a sunny balcony with an outdoor dining area for four overlooking the trees and surrounding nature. Grab your favorite blanket and snuggle up in front of the gas fireplace with a cup of coffee during the winter months - the TV and board games add endless entertainment during your stay. Then, when mealtime comes around, the fully equipped kitchen will have your back! It's complete with all major appliances, including a dishwasher and a coffee maker. The adjoining dining table seats up to seven people comfortably. There are two comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
