Our unit offers stunning lake views and has been recently renovated, including all new furniture. We hope you will feel right at home, in the casual and comfortable sun-filled rooms.
This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers comfortable king-size beds. Fall asleep and wake up, in the lakefront suite, to a breathtaking view of Lake Hamilton. The suite has balcony access and a television while the guest room is furnished with a comfortable desk and chair. Both bedrooms are furnished with plenty of chest storage and closet space to accommodate your stay.
Begin your day at the coffee bar and step onto the kitchen balcony while taking in the sunrise and making your plans for the day.
The kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a beverage refrigerator is well-appointed for meal preparation. Enjoy the fruits of your labor around the oversized stylish dining table as you enjoy sunlight and the open-channel view of Lake Hamilton through the large windows.

My family's favorite state is Arkansas although our day jobs currently have us living in Memphis. We love all the lakes, rivers, and mountains that are plentiful in this great state. A year ago we purchased our 1st VRBO property and immediately began renovations. We are so very excited about how our condo turned out. We have loved visiting Hot Springs when we are able to enjoy all Hot Springs has to offer from natural beauty (hiking and boating) as well as downtown shopping and Oaklawn horse racing!

My favorite thing is to sit on the balcony and enjoy my morning coffee watching the occasional fisherman in his boat from our condo. Another favorite pastime is grabbing a book in the afternoon which usually ends in a restful nap. Our family also loves to puzzle at our large dining table while taking in the views of the lake and mountains in the distance. We truly enjoy just getting away from the hustle and bustle of life and relaxing in our beautiful condo.

Our condo truly has some of the best open-channel views of Lake Hamilton. It has been described as the penthouse. We have excellent and easy parking leading to an elevator to the 3rd floor. Both bedrooms have brand-new king mattresses and our bunks are equipped like no other bunks you will find! Complete with cubbies for books, a nightlight, and charging stations. No doubt our condo is well-designed and decorated with your comfort in mind!
