This 4-Bedroom House offers everything you need for professionals seeking a short stay for job traveling and local visiting. Home's equipped with a full kitchen and 2 full bathrooms.
Situated in the South Bay, it's super close to major tech companies and conveniently located near grocery outlets, retail stores, restaurants, gyms, etc. Notable locations within walking distance include Milpitas Great Mall and VTA public transportation. Quick access to major freeways such as 880, 680, and 237.
The space
**Based on the recent COVID-19 pandemic, we have taken extra steps in disinfecting our homes. We have a zero-contact, self-check-in process.** The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and each of the other 3 bedrooms is equipped with new, queen-size mattresses. The decor, furniture, and available use of space will make your experience one to be remembered. With food, corporations, and transportation one step away, it's an ideal pick for business trips or family trips.

Pets are not allowed at this property. Violating the no-pet rules will result in eviction & HOA and/or RnR-imposed fines of up to $1,500. We understand the importance of Trained Service & ESA dogs & can help you find a dog-friendly home for your stay—we have many of them. If you have a service/support dog, are unable to find alternate lodging & insist on staying in this property, you will be charged a refundable security deposit to cover any damage, extra cleaning, or fines for violating the HOA and/or RnR house rules.
Please Note: We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards to ensure you have a peaceful, safe, and memorable stay with us. Local ordinances ensure you and our neighbors enjoy the peace and beauty of our community. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise and too many vehicles. This home is equipped with NoiseAware technology. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and monitors decibel levels in living areas and outside to protect you from noise complaints.
This home may also have security cameras to ensure parking does not exceed legal requirements. We care about your safety and security. We do not permit any video security devices inside our homes.
Guest access
Keyless entries for both the iron gate and front door via e-lock codes. Wifi access will be provided after checking in.
The kitchen, the dining room, the living room, and the study room are all available for use.
-We may have linens in the washer. We apologize. We can't wait for them to finish the cycle as we finish cleaning the house early. Sorry for the inconvenience.
-Parking is on the street only. You are welcome to park on the Driveway but we don't recommend it since it's small

* Parking: There are plenty of parking by the cul de sac and street curbs (views listed on home manual). If need be, driveway parking can be arranged.
30 days stay or more: We require a refundable security deposit proportional to the first month’s rent, due at the time of booking confirmation. The security deposit will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damages or violations of house rules occur.
