Cyber Jungle Villa (Smart Villa) - 3BR

A tropical sci-fi oasis. Cyber Jungle Villa is an eccentric smart villa with colorful light shows, finger print door entry, uniquely designed rooms each with its own Alexa, and a couple surprises. Situated in a quiet alley in Umalas, its just a few minutes by bike to coffee shops, co-working spaces, the beach, and take your pick between western tacos and burgers or nasi campur from a local warung/food stalls.
The space
This is a smart villa with many smart gadgets to make your stay more convenient and unique for tech enthusiast or even if you are not it will be helpful to you.

Each bedroom is designed to suits each person's preference namely Tropical, Japandi, Modern, so if you are bored sleeping in one room, just switch and have a fresh new ambience again.

When you arrive our villa you will open with PIN on our smart door lock or we can program your fingerprint as a key too, so there is one thing less you have to carry or forget.

Our villa is equipped with PIR sensor from living room to bedroom, so you don't have to learn which switch is for which light, because lights will automatically turn on when you are at an area at nighttime and turn off when nobody is around, so you can do things that matter more for you. Don't worry about the sensor, it doesn't see what you do or what you look like, it only know if there is a living being there or not, that's it. Still worry? Just tell us, we can remove them during your stay, just there won't be automation anymore.

We have Alexa Smart speaker in every bedroom and also living room. So you can play any music from spotify (free from us), set alarm, reminder, ask for Bali weather, command the light on/off and curtain close/open, ask generic knowledge questions, and many more, Alexa can do a lot more than Apple Siri.

Our villa also equipped with Smart TV, that has many apps installed such as YouTube, Netflix, Disney plus hotstar. we provide free Netflix and Disney plus hotstar subscription so you can make yourself entertained.

All our bedrooms are equipped with smart curtain so you don't have to get up from our cosy bed to close or open the curtain, just say Alexa open the bedroom 1 curtain, it will open automatically or use our provided remote.

Our furniture, wardrobe, beds, mirrors are installed with many smart led light strips, not only it makes the ambience beautiful but also so interesting that it can have various effects and colours, so you can impress your friends on your IG stories.

Relax at our large terrace balcony or at the gazebo terrace overlooking at the pool.

The villa is in quiet area so you can sleep peacefully but also convenient enough for you to walk to a few really delicious restaurant such as Tacos Aqui, Daeng Burger, Meat Emporium, Kembali, Bugis Street.

Umalas is a quieter area between the tourist hubs of Canggu and Seminyak. Close to everything and without the “macet” / traffic jam, it’s a perfect place to relax and experience local Balinese culture while still being close to all the attractions.

Should you need to go to Cangguh where Finns and Atlas Beach Fest is, there is a shortcut that can get you there in 8 minutes only by bikes.

Other things to note
Checkout our monthly rate with huge discount. but monthly rate has different arrangement from the daily rate in terms of cleaning and electricity bill.

Monthly rate include :
1. 2x per week cleaning
2. Change towel 2x per week
3. Change linen 1x per week
4. Netflix, Spotify, Disney+ hotstar subscription
5. Water filter softener salt refill (which cost Rp 300k per month, owner will pay this)
6. Wifi, MTM 75Mpbs
7. Pool cleaning maintenance 2x per week
8. Garbage collection 2x / week, banjar fee
9. Garden maintainance
10. Maintain/troubleshoot the automation system if there's issue, refill/charge the battery for PIR sensor, smart doorbell & smart lock
11. Electricity will be covered up to maximum Rp 2 million per month, but this is plenty already, under normal usage you won't exceed this even with AC ON whole night and many hours on the day.
