Lost in the view is a fully renovated (April 2023) modern apartment just 200 meters away from the beach, close to all the amenities and the sights of Rethymno. The property is built on a hillside offering unique views of the town, Fortezza Castle and the coastline. The apartment is located on the third floor and access by elevator is provided.
The open plan living area of the apartment provides a comfortable indoor space with contemporary furnishings and vivid colors.
The stylish living area has a corner sofa, a 55’’ Smart HD TV with home cinema, a Jacuzzi for two people and a modern electric fireplace. Large French doors let the sunshine in making the living space very bright and lead to the balcony of the apartment. The kitchen is located next to the living room and offers all the possible equipment and kitchenware needed for cooking.
Two large dining tables with chairs are also available so our guests can enjoy their meals. One of them is located indoors and the other one is at the balcony with incredible view.
There are three separate bedrooms in the apartment, all of them with king size beds, closets with plenty of space and high quality bed linen and mattresses. The master bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
All the bedrooms and the living space have air-conditioning units. The apartment can be rented all year around as heating is available for the cold winter days too. High speed Wi-F is also provided free of charge.
Two private parking spots are available for our guests outside the property building.
