We are the Shoemakers and we welcome you to our private, peaceful Serenity Studio (FAST INTERNET). Born in 1938, updated in 2020 with 1 BR & 1 full bath. Privately tucked away in plain sight, central to High Point, HPU, HP Furniture Market, HP Med Ctr, Jamestown, Greensboro, Winston-Salem & PTI Airport.

Serenity Studio is above Quietude Place & Tranquility Cottage is about 100 feet away & groups can rent all 3.

About Serenity Studio:

Built in 1938, lovingly remodeled in 2020, we aimed to save the character and feel of yesteryear while adding todays modern conveniences. Conveniently located minutes from downtown High Point, HPU, HP Furniture Market, downtown Jamestown and Piedmont Triad International Airport. We also own and rent out two additional properties, Quietude Place [a 2 bed, 1 bath (sleeps 2-4)] below this unit and Tranquility Cottage about 100 feet away [a 3 bed, 2 bath (sleeps 4-8 plus 1 child). We welcome groups to rent all 3 locations and for gathering in the common courtyard. Experience privacy from the noise, lights, traffic & neighborhood while enjoying private time with your friends & family.

A perfect place to relax and unwind any season you’re in the Triad. Surrounded by restaurants, parks, museums, theaters & shopping of all kinds.

Our aim was to enable an amazing space for you to have everything you’d want at home in this private serene setting.

This all encompassing space welcomes you to receive the sunshine while perusing a favorite read or watch your favorite shows stream on the Smart TV while hanging out with your friends & family gathered ‘round.

New quartz countertops, cabinetry, appliances and includes cookware and utensils for preparing & sharing something special with the amazing people you chose to bring along.
Coffee bar including a single serve coffee maker plus an assortment of coffee pods, coffee creamers and sugar.
When the smells have filled the air and the menu is prepared, head to the custom built quartz topped dining table to enjoy.

Follow signs for Serenity Studio up the stairs to the private 2nd story deck where you can relax and enjoy a meal or celebrate the day while enjoying your favorite beverage. Entry is through the front door by way of 24/7 access using the digital keypad and welcomes you into the great room. Enabling fast, easy and trouble free check-in and check-out.
Just in case there are issues we’ve got you covered with extra keys in a lockbox.

You’ll have access to the whole upstairs, private furnished deck and the back lawn.

Your stay will be uninterrupted with plenty of peace and serenity to enjoy throughout your visit.

Access is from the main road (Greensboro Rd) and there is off street parking.

Let us know in advance if you have multiple cars/trucks, a tow behind trailer/camper, 5th wheel and/or mobile home(s).

There’s plenty of space for parking although there may be an additional fee.

Paradise is in the city limits but no one knows it’s there. It’s the place that’s hidden in plain site and everyone that comes raves about:
The atmosphere
Lack of noise
It sits silent, alone among the trees with commercial businesses and neighborhoods all around.

We do our best to keep everything prepared for all guests. For insurance purposes, it’s important you share the exact number of guests that will occupy the dwelling. The number of guests your booking shows should be the same number of guests sleeping in the house.

Our driveway leads to this dwelling and to 2 other dwellings. If you have more than 1 vehicle there’s room for several more at the end of the driveway. Please keep the driveway open for other cars to pass at all times. No cars can park obstructing the driveway for any reason at any time.

Parking for 1 vehicle for this unit is on the concrete pad in front of the dwelling. Sidewalk leads from the concrete pad to the bottom of the steps leading to the deck entry.

Guests are subject to additional cleaning fees if excessive cleaning is required.

Trash cans are located on the exterior driveway side of the Tranquility Cottage and are used by all 3 of our properties.

Cameras are located on all 4 sides of the home, please drive with caution on the driveway as though your children are playing. Site Speed Limit is 10 MPH.

Although this is a private location, please keep Quiet Hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. This is not a place for parties.
