Summary:
Nestled in the heart of downtown Charleston, between King Street and Meeting Street, this charming condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Enjoy being just steps away from fine dining, boutique shopping, and historic museums. After a day of exploring the city, unwind on the serene back patio — the perfect spot to relax and recharge.
The Space:
Our decorator's touch gives both bedrooms classic comfort with brand new hardwood floors, as well as handsome furniture and beds dressed with high-end linens. In the fully-appointed kitchen, stainless-steel appliances and a broad, natural stone counter-top create an ideal space for cooking, entertaining, and dining.
Guest Access:
The front door unlocks with a unique access code, so arrival after hours is no problem! This townhome does require guest to climb stairs. There are 2 parking spaces in the garage beneath the condo.
The Neighborhood:
Located Between King and Meeting St this is definitely where you want to be. Why stay at the Charleston Place which is right down the street when you can have this condo all to yourself.
Getting Around:
You can park in the garage beneath the condo. You can easily walk down King St to many restaurants and to the Market.
Other Things to Note:
Neighborhood Quiet Hours from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine.
No boats, trailers, or box trucks
Golf cart is available for rent at an additional charge
Mid-Stay Cleaning for Longer Stays
For stays longer than 10 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required to help keep the home fresh and comfortable throughout your visit. This helps ensure the property remains in great condition for your enjoyment. The mid-stay cleaning fee will be collected once the booking has commenced, and the cleaning will be scheduled at a mutually agreed time during your stay.
No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
There's a Ring Doorbell located near the Front Door.
Interaction with Guests:
I give my guests space but am available when needed.
With our Smart Lock you do self check in so we rarely meet guests. I’m available via phone or text and if you don’t get a response you can always contact my team.
