If you’re looking to stay in Tampa, the House of Hamilton is the place! Each and every room has a one-of-a-kind design, created to evoke a unique feeling when you walk in. To the vintage and funky dining room, Japanese Zen-inspired bedroom, or the simple and modern office (for those who need to take work with them on vacation), our home has it all. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 1,073 sq. ft. home is perfect for a solo traveler, 2 couples, or even a small family!

Living Spaces
The main living room features a 60” TV with plenty of spots to relax. Enjoy the length couch or the textured suede accent chairs. Binge your favorite shows with Netflix or Hulu. All TV’s through the house are Roku platforms!
Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen and dining room offer space to cook or enjoy at home meals. The dining table seats up to 4 and connects directly into the kitchen. The kitchen comes stocked with pots, pans, and other must-have appliances like a Keurig coffee machine, air flyer, toaster, blender, and microwave.
When you’re ready to kick back and relax, we’ve added a bar cart with a mixology book and glasses so you can stock your own bar craft some cocktails and gather with the group before hitting the town.

Bedrooms & Baths
Each of the two bedrooms feature its own unique design. Looking for a calm and collected space? Our black/cream/white Japanese-inspired bedroom with wood paneling might be your spot. Or, if you’re looking for something bold and bright, our jungle-themed bedroom overlooks the backyard koi pond.

Both bedrooms are equipped with queen-size mattresses, 42" TV's and overhead fans for the extra level of comfort and entertainment.

The main full bath is conveniently located between both bedrooms making it easy to access. The bathroom features a single vanity sink, with a full shower & bath.

Outdoor Amenities
For the privacy, luxury, and safety of our guests, the backyard is fenced.
Guests can access the backyard from the doors leading out from the dining room. The covered patio, with its outdoor seating, allows guests to relax, and enjoy outdoor food or drinks without being directly in the sun. The backyard also features 2 grassed areas and tropical, Florida landscaping. Enjoy outdoor games like ring toss on the lawn or listen to the soothing sounds of the waterfall from our koi pond. You'll find 3 traditional koi and 1 butterfly koi swimming or hiding under the water lily pads!
At night, you can turn on the string lights which brighten up the backyard for a completely different vibe!

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee. If you need to request an early check-in or late check-out please send us a message so we can see if our other bookings and coordination with our cleaning crew will allow it.

Early Check in- $25 for requests between 11AM-2PM, $50 before 11 AM.
Late Check out - $25 for requests between 11AM- 1PM, $50 between (1PM-4PM, if no other guests are checking in the same day)



There is a small koi pond in the backyard. As stated in the house rules, there are no pets allowed as pets could harm the fish.
The fish get fed daily on an automatic fish feeder. Please DO NOT reach into the pond, try to touch the fish, pour liquids into the pond, or disturb the plants in the pond.


Towels:
Bath towels, hand towels, and wash towels are provided. Additional black makeup removing hand towels are also provided. Please do not use the white towels for makeup removal as most makeup stains. No exceptions.

Just a friendly reminder when booking the listing of our house rules.
Please read our reviews. We are a husband and wife team who run our Airbnb. We are people just like you and we ask that you be respectful of our house rules. We want all of our guests to enjoy their travel and have a great stay.
• No pets allowed.
• Parties and other outside guests (not listed on the reservation) are prohibited. The amount of guests you select during the booking process is the max number of guests allowed onto the property. At any point in time during your reservation your guest count is going to change, we are more than happy to update the reservation as our booking rate is based on the number of guests.
• As this home is located in a residential neighborhood, we ask our guests to be kind and courteous to neighbors. While we want our guests to enjoy both inside and outside of the home, please be cognizant of loud music or noise. We ask that music be turned to a reasonable level by 11PM to respect the neighbors.
• Outside security cameras are recording around the exterior perimeter of the home 24/7. This is in place to provide safety to our guests as well as make sure check-in and check-out go smoothly for our guests. Cameras record sound and video.Tampering with the cameras will result in an immediate removal from the property.
• Covered carport parking is available on the east side of the property. The driveway accommodates 2 cars. We ask that guest park in the driveway, however street parking is available in the front of the house on 9th St. Please do not block other cars from using the street.
• Additional cleaning fees may apply. As our home has a small cleaning fee provided to our cleaning crew for normal wear and tear, damage to linens, sheets, furniture, or other objects in the home that cannot be cleaned or beyond repair will incur an additional cleaning or replacement fee.
• Smoking is not allowed both inside and outside the property. -Cigarettes or other smoking-related items left on the property, will be charged a $100 fee for cleaning them up or removing the smell. No exceptions. –
• Please let us know if something gets broken during your stay. We understand things can happen. This allows us to address the issue and find a solution before our next guests arrive at the home.
• Party decorations are welcome but we ask for no tape, adhesives, tacks, or pins on living wall, dining room, or any wall with wallpaper or specialty painting. All decorations must be taken down and disposed of prior to your checkout. Failure to do so will result in additional cleaning fees.
• Violation of house rules resulting in immediate termination of reservation and removal from the property will do so without a refund of the remaining nights and security deposit.
• Enjoy your stay. Whether you’re here for work, pleasure, or both, remember the House of Hamilton wants you to love your stay.
