3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. Large King Master on the main floor, fireplace & all new kitchen. After dinner enjoy a fire pit in the large back yard or play a game of corn hole (provided).

You can enjoy plenty of shops and restaurants! Fun events on weekends & farmers markets. Near City of Hope. Just 25 minutes from Hartsfield International Airport, 5 minutes from 85, 10 minutes from Cancer Treatment Center of America, Senoia home of TWD. Easy drive to Vinewood Plntation, Murphy Lane, Dunaway Gardens and many more popular venues.

We had a fantastic stay! It was a sister’s getaway to visit our other sister in Newnan and the location of your home couldn’t have been more perfect. We were able to spread out and cook meals and just hang out. Our hosts allowed us to stay later, after check out so that we didn’t have to hang out at the airport for three hours which helped us out a lot! We really loved the coffee bar! All of us drank coffee so we were able to use the Keurig pot to make our coffee every morning. We will definitely come back. Thanks for a great stay full of family memories!

This is the best house ever. The attention to detail and the hospitality were truly beautiful. Our host was delightful and answered all questions immediately. We loved the coffee/tea station, kitchen, fireplace, firepit...everything. The location is perfect, very close to downtown Newnan. I highly recommend.

Great family home

This location was absolutely perfect and centrally located for everything we had planned. The host's communication was fantastic and they provided all the amenities we could have asked for. We’ll definitely stay here again!Highly recommended Highly recommended!

Stay was a nice neighborhood, could of been cleaner

House and area its self where great, however the house was not clean. There where towels left in the dryer, crumbs on the couch, popcorn under the bed in kids room, dead bugs and dirt on floor in living room

Hi Conner, Sorry I could not help fix this fast You said nothing at all during your stay. Our instructions say to let me know opon arrival if you have any issues but I did not hear from you. All our reviews do not show this problem so we know this is not normal. Also if you have any pictures it is helpful.

Sisters stay in Newnan

Kimberly's cottage was perfect for our stay. Clean, comfortable and as presented on VRBO site. We notified the owner of a cracked/broken bathroom window upon our arrival so as not to be charged for that. Not at all a problem during our stay. Only minor criticism is the rental fee included a hefty 155 "cleaning fee." And yet check out instructions asked guests to put the towels in the washer & start the cycle before leaving. Seems we paid for someone else to do that. That being said, would highly recommend this property.

This is a lovely home in a perfect location! Very close to downtown Newnan which has a great square to stroll and shop with plenty of delicious dining options. We enjoyed and recommend The Redneck Gourmet, Garlic Thai & Sushi, The Oink Joint BBQ and Karvelas Pizza. The house is decorated beautifully, the kitchen is well equipped, we loved the coffee bar and the bed was very comfortable. Nice, clean, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting on the porch to have coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. We did not have an opportunity to use the fire pit during our stay but it was nice to have that option.

Excellent, quiet location

This is a great home in a great location. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with houses that have a lot of space in between and very quiet. We used almost all of the amenities and enjoyed the tv, fireplace, and chess board! It was nice to have some activities there at the house to keep everyone busy. The house is clean and remodeled. The kitchen is very nice with updated appliances and great space for family dinner. The beds were very comfortable, even the bunk beds! The backyard patio is a great place to get fresh air and hang out. The hosts were communicative and quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely house and neighborhood

We loved it! We stayed three days and would've liked to have stayed longer. It was clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed coffee each morning on the front porch and evenings on the patio in the back. The fire pit was great although we didn't use it. We wish there had been more comfortable seating in the living room. We had three mature adults in our party and the seating wasn't quite as comfortable as we would've liked. But we would definitely stay there again if we were in the area. They had a special gift of flowers and a lovely encouraging note for our friend that came with us. She is currently in cancer treatment. We made the trip to see her and let her stay with us as a retreat for her. She was blessed by it all! Thank you for making our trip so lovely! We enjoyed downtown Newnan and all the shops that were so close to this property! This is a wonderful house to stay in if you're in the area! The owner was easy to contact and helpful with a question we had. Overall experience was 5 star!

It has been a blessing to own these homes and share them with people who are visiting Newnan, GA for various reasons. I work with my daughter Stephanie. We named this cottage after her sister Kimberly who had cancer treatments, lots of natural healing therapies and a big beautiful, blessed life. She loved to sing, ride horses and be in nature. Our prayer is to be able to provide a refuge for anyone visiting City of Hope and working in their healing. We also love to host families for all occasions! I love to travel, ski, sing, have fun and visit my own wonderful grandkids who love Newnan. They homeschool and take great care of our homes and guests. I have fallen in love with this historic town and all the fun happenings it has to offer. We are a family business and work hard to make sure your stay is comfortable and cozy! Please come visit and say with us.

We love the charm this home offers as well as the unique overlooking porch to the quiet cul-de-sac. It has very beautiful trees surrounding the property and the newly renovated kitchen is the perfect spot to hang out and be together!
